A perfect stay, we had a beautiful view from the room, and the service provided by Sophie was exceptional, she made us feel so comfortable from the moment we stepped into her place, by patiently guiding us through the property and answering all questions. We enjoyed the fondue which she personalized according to our dietary requirements. Thank you Sophie for creating timeless memories for our 10th anniversary in the heart of the mountains.

This wasn’t a big issue, but if you are walking with kids n luggage during winter, do enough prepare time for walk, kids took longer than usual as they had way too much fun playing with the snow on d way! Otherwise it’s well accessible by bus from Sierre/Siders station.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. Our hosts were friendly and very accommodating. Facilities were very nice, modern, clean and easy to use. The view from the room was great, the hammock on the balcony was a great way to absorb some winter sunshine. Proximity to Crans-Montana is very good and it was easy to spend the day snowshoeing and enjoying nature.

There is nothing negative to say. The facilities, family, food and ambiance was wonderful. While accessible by bus it is easier by car.

Everything!!!! The room was amazing. The room was big, the shower was big. The whole place is very unique. Sofia, the hostess was amazing. She help with everything and made our stay extraordinary. We are looking forward to the next time.

I booked a weekend as a present for the wedding of my sister in law. My interaction with the owner was really smooth and helpful! (thank you!) As for the couple who stayed there, they really loved it, kept saying how friendly and hospitable the owner is, the room very cosy and they combined nice hikes in the area with delicious fondue in a barrel. Now I should book a room for myself after all these nice things I've heard...!

All perfect! Amazing place, amazing owners, really kind with passion and love for their job. We had also a dinner there (fondue), beautiful landscape on the terrace and very good food. We will come back soon :)

The bed and breakfast was astonishing! The morning breakfast was delicious and homemade . The hosts were amazing and so sweet and very knowledgeable. The view was spectacular . They have a beautiful cellar with great wines of the region . They also convert an old barrel into a cosy space were they serve Raclette , fondue and more delicious things . it was just great .

Modern and cozy house. Very nice view. Nice and pleasant hosts. The place you would like to return.

The breakfast was delicious! Everything as fresh as it could be, served at the time we agreed with the hostess, Sophie. The fondue served in the wine barrell was delicious. Then, finishing off the night watching the sky full of stars, having great wine from their wine cellar, was the cherry on top of the cake! In case you’re considering a visit to Chalet Diognysos, stop thinking and book it!

the host was unbelievably nice. made us feel at home. they were very flexible and accommodating to all our little requests. they hosted us really well including the fondue night in the barrel. minutes away from crans and easy to get around.
