Location is great and I felt safe even walking alone at night around the area which was full of restaurants and a short walk to china town. The room was very small but that was expected as it was a cabin. I had a room without a window which was great because outside the hotel is a deafening noise from construction. So luckily my room was far from the construction noise and no window. Inside the room itself was clean.
- The noise, especially late night noise coming from the in other rooms guests. - They need someone to freshen up the shower rooms because they were not clean and water splashed everywhere most of the time which can lead to a bad fall. - The kitchen drawers were really dirty. Especially the ones labelled Mugs/glasses. When you open them its just full of trash. They need to open all the kitchen drawers and clean them up and assign what's labelled. if its a mug drawer, thats all there should be. - You have to access the door using your cell phone which is the most inconvenient and impractical thing ever as I had to carry my phone everywhere, even to the shower!!

Really comfortable bed in a neatly planned hotel/hostel that felt modern and clean. Great location to explore Singapore.
We booked a private double room - the double bed is raised in a bunk bed style with very a precarious climb up some shelves to get into it and a rickety handrail. It needs a proper ladder for safer access. Each floor had single sex showers so as because were staying on the second floor, I had to go downstairs via a public staircase to get to the bathroom.

We stayed 3 nights. The property was in a great location. We walked to the hawkers, gardens by the bay and caught a short bus journey to Sentosa. We had a private it bathroom but as we arrived early that day before check in I asked the lady at reception if I could use the shared amenities as we’d just had a 13 hour flight. She was more than happy for me to do this. The facilities were really clean and modern. The shared kitchen area was also a lovely community feel. Jet lag hit and we could barely keep our eyes open. I was travelling with my 7 yo son and the lady at reception could see we were really struggling. As soon as she could she had our room cleaned and us checked in so we could get some sleep! (Thank you so much! ) the roof top bar was quiet but nice of an evening to sit for a beer before bed. We really enjoyed our stay here.
It was a great stay but as it’s co living and has kitchen facilities I’d also suggest a washing machine and dryer as this would have really been great

I did not partake in the food offerings there, since I do not eat breakfast and China town was right next store for dinner! I had the best sleep I've had the entire 75 days in So East Asia, because it had no windows and was an inside room. It was like a little cocoon: Pitch black, climate-controlled, no roosters, no scooter, jungle or street noise, no calls to prayer... It was a very comfortable bed.
I used the shower stall next to the wooden lattice window-because it was brighter during the day. I could NOT figure out how to make the window-less stalls brighter.. Anyway, the wooden lats and window sill was very dirty, the water was barely warm enough and ran out of hot water. When I took a shower in one of the other stalls, with out the window, the water was very strong and hot! The other parts of the bathroom was very clean. The other thing is the cleanliness of the elevator, which was filthy. It is the 2nd thing people see of the hotel after registration area and should be attended to. The check in did not work for me and the attendant had to fix it. But I am very happy there was ssone and the what's App person is very responsive.

Cabins here are great . Well equipped with necessary facilities. Separate shower for ladies , good water pressure , hot water is great . Outside there’s also shared kitchen for light cooking with water dispenser, microwave etc very clean & safe . Walking distance to a lot of eateries
No bidets in the toilet and there’s a shared fridge but some guests take up so much space for themselves for long term , barely any space to even put a bottle inside . Maybe management should look into having how much of things guests can leave inside so others will have space in the fridge to use. But this are super minor issues . Can be overlooked

I had not done my research properly, and foolishly booked a room in a central location as I was only on a one night stopover to elsewhere. In fact, any place in Singapore would be fine as the metro lines take you to all corners of the city, and the value is twice better outside downtown. But if one wants to stay in Chinatown or thereabouts, this place is one of the best values. I had flown for 14 hours and not really slept on the plain so my IQ must have been 25% of the nominal value so as this space-age hotel required you to load an app to manage the lock to your room, I was thankful for a very helpful reseptionist to do the thinking on my behalf. (though I was lucky as she left 10 min after my check-in). Very nice old architecture all around: meticulously restored 1800s two-storey traders´s houses (or suchlike).
The room was about as small as it can get. The bed was at the hight of about 150cm so you had to climb there, not the best ergonomics in that exercise. For this price you get a shared bathroom, but it was super-clean, as expected, so no complaints for that.

ST Signature Hotel in downtown Singapore offers a unique blend of comfort and convenience. The modern aesthetics and thoughtful design create a welcoming atmosphere for both business and leisure travelers. Rooms are compact yet well-equipped, featuring comfortable beds and essential amenities. The hotel’s strategic location makes exploring the vibrant city easy, with numerous dining and shopping options nearby. Exceptional customer service enhances the experience, with attentive staff always ready to assist. The recently introduced self-check-in process adds a touch of innovation. Overall, ST Signature Hotel is a fantastic choice for those seeking a cozy base in the heart of Singapore.

The location, the value . It’s like a place between hostel and hotel. The design is very interesting making good use of the space. The room is very clean and cozy. There is a place for one to make coffee and tea and one fridge for use. It doesn’t offer breakfast but there are a lot of restaurants nearby . There’s a food court nearby . And MRT isn’t far. I recommend it to anyone who looks for good value and a comfort stay
It took me a while to figure out how to check in as all is in digital format. Someone threw up in the ladies room on the first floor sink and next morning they cleaned it . Whoever did it should be considerate. It’s not the fault of the hotel. I felt the staff was not very friendly.

The small bedroom was cozy and big enough for one person. Surprisingly the windowless room was fine. The shared bathrooms were clean and plenty of room for everyone. I hardly saw anyone except the clean up crew.
The kitchen could get crowded and difficult to cook. I didn’t see it as a relaxing area. The lobby has a small bench area. Don’t expect to lounge there. The walls are very thin. I brought earplugs so it wasn’t a problem for me. I was taking a call and whispering in yet it was too loud. I got off the call as soon as I could. There is nowhere to take a call.

Location was excellent, close to shops, food establishments, public transport etc. Room was nice and clean, air con worked great and was very much appreciated, TV was really good watched quite a bit of Netflix.
In the bathrooms, it was a closed door to get through and lights were in the hallways only not the showers themselves which made it feel quite unsafe, especially at night. Similar feeling going into the rooms, all the entrance doors are right next to each other so as a solo traveller just being extra vigilant for safety.
