The hotel is located in a very good area of ​​the city, with a food court nearby, with shopping malls, etc. Also, you have connections with the subway, about 100 m from the hotel entrance, and bus stops, also very close. Public transport is impeccable. We had a CLUB type room - for which we received many benefits, in the price of the room: snack after the meal, alcoholic drinks in the evening, swimming pool, etc. The services of the hotel staff are impeccable. I want to specify an example: after we checked out and left our luggage at the reception until the evening, when we came to pick them up, we were invited to take a shower at one of the hotel's private pools and to change.

The location is amazing, close to the MRT and great hawker food and supermarkets, and Chinatown. The staff were lovely and helpful and the club pool and lounge were a treat. The views were also incredible as were the outdoor spaces in the club area.

The hotel is definitely in need of a renovation and some maintenance. The pool on the 27th floor was dirty all around the water line with green scum on the tiles under the old worn loungers. My club room had dirty windows and dead plants outside as well as chipped bedside tables and corroded lamp shades. The pool lounge chair pads beside the club pool are worn with broken stitching and the toilet plunger at the elevator exit on floor 23 is a little unexpected for a 4 star hotel!

Shambolic breakfast room. Constantly having to top up/find cutlery and crockery, certain breakfast items in really short supply, ordering not brilliant, some tables in the breakfast room have been replaced with lounge chairs which are impossible to eat at. Staff aren't supervised/trained well. **Note that certain Club Room inclusions are not available for people who book through Booking.com. Namely late check-out and 2 items of daily laundry despite laundry being noted at check-in.** We have stayed here on 3 occasions and probably will try elsewhere in future.

Great location, walking distance to Chinatown and plenty of other eating options. Lots of bus stops close by and 40 metres to MRT station. Staff were friendly and generous. Facilities were immaculate, room was spacious, bed super comfy and shower was superb. We paid for the club room, very worthwhile and great value for what you get. It gave us exclusive access to the infinity pool, drinks and canapés in the evening. There was plenty of food and drink. On the nights we were there there was a daily cocktail, beer and red or white wine on offer. Guests can eat and drink as much as they choose.

Stayed for a week and the garden/lounge twelve floor & desk in room were really great for work. Rooms well designed & views to north fantastic. Service from counter staff was ok. Housekeeping was very busy, but great (compliments to them). Great location if you like the shophouse street culture full of great cafes nearby. The local panjong hawker centre as well as maxwell are great. It’s abit of a food hub, even more than your average singaporean neighbourhood. Generally a good stay of a big hotel in a great area.

Be aware the hotel has a ‘two-tier’ status focused system that proritises ‘club’ members in various ways (they get free big access, whilst non-club members pay the same as someone walking off the street etc..). It is somewhat irritating how much being a club member is promoted and advertised throughout to the point you are made to feel like a loser for not being ‘in the club’.

For Singapore we thought we got a lot for our money at Oasis. The breakfast seemed expensive so we did not add it and easily found very inexpensive breakfast at the Hawker Center just down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a very unique design and the room was spacious. I stayed in a club room and has access to the private club floor infinity pool. It is definitely worth the extra money. The hotel is also located in a very convenient location with the MRT nearby or you can easily walk to the nearby places of attraction.

Everything was good but one minor comment was the new staff they had during checkout. With more experience and confidence, they'll be fine but it was odd that they struggled to give a straight forward answer when I asked them what I was paying for during checkout. It was just the room charges which wasn't a big deal. They just lacked confidence as new staff.

Great service, we were well looked after, complimentary bottle of wine and some snacks as it was out honeymoon. All the staff were fantastic, attentive but not overbearing, Meera arranged for us to stay in room a couple of extra hours and we were allowed to stay by pool and use shower facilities all day which really made our last day more relaxing. I would say it's worth the extra money to book a club room. The only issues would be no designated smoking areas on the floor with pool so you need to go all the way downstairs but I thinks that's a problem in Singapore in general. Was expensive but I think reasonable for Singapore gp weekend. Aircon at night might be too loud if you are light sleeper. location great. I would gladly stay again.

Hotel is from the 12th floor. Reception nothing special, no coffee or bar (just in the ground floor). Elevators fast, room not big, but comfortable with coffee, water(drinkable from the tap), ironing (it was perfect to have :)), comfortable bed. Room cleaned everyday. no nose from other rooms or corridor. Good Wi-Fi. Left the luggage for late check-out. The concierge was super friendly with the luggage and called us a taxi.

Could be some more "life" in the reception area. Possibility to have some drinks or snacks. Bare in mind, that restaurants in this area is closed at 10.00 pm (most of them). Also the bathroom amenities like shampoo, shower gel could be better. Swimming pool on the roof is not crowded, but needs renovation.

The Club floor was great with excellent breakfast options, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks available during the day. It gets busy around 6pm as small snacks, wine, beer and a couple of cocktail options are available. The hotel itself is lovely with great views overlooking the city. The room was comfortable and the location is great. It's across the road from a good metro station and a 15 minute walk from the Maxwell Hawker stalls.

The Wellness options like massages were a nice offer, but only 5-6 spots are open, so if you don't go there before 6 as they're setting up, you'll likely miss out.
