Rino at welcoming center has really made our vacation feel like home. His warm welcoming at phone even before we arrive and his care during our stay made our visit unforgettable. Fauziah, who is our customer consultant was such a nice lady. She was always contact with us during our stay and checked constantly if everything was ok with us. Hotel was extremely clean and amenities are very well thought. Our room was just mind blowing. We stayed at Room 61 and it was just 32 steps from our room to the beach. Anse Kerlan Beach has very rich and living undersea life with lots of live-corals and fishes, so I suggest you really mind not to use that one in order not to damage corals. Water is shallow and it is quite risky to swim there. There are also sea turtles nests on this beach signed with warnings, so please be careful where you walking on. Remember that having small precautions at your side will create a huge impact in general in sea life and eco-system in a long run :-) Instead Petite Anse Kerlan and Anse Georgette Beaches were extremely beautiful and very safe beaches for swimming. Just take your eyes on your children, cos of some wild waves. If you bring sea shoes with you, they would be very useful for whole trip in Seychelles. Our room was very spacious and cleaned 2 times a day. Kudos to house-keepers and a big thank.

Our dinner experience was little bit disappointing. Staff working at the restaurants were too slow, forgetting to bring orders and they seemed hesitant to have small, but warming talks with customers. Materials used in preparations of foods were good and fresh, but the taste in food was so faded and neutral, so we unfortunately could not catch the authentic tastes in food in general. Breakfast was the best, I have to say.

One of the best — if not the best — luxury hotels on Praslin. The location is perfect, with direct access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Seychelles: Anse Georgette. We stayed in Junior Suite No. 5, which is very close to Petite Anse Kerlan Beach — a wonderfully sheltered spot in July, especially compared to Anse Kerlan. The suite itself was beautiful and luxurious, offering everything you’d expect from a high-end resort. Breakfast was absolutely out of this world. As for the themed restaurants — all were excellent (except Takamaka, which was slightly underwhelming), and La Diva was worth every penny! It’s not cheap, of course, but there are even more expensive places in the Seychelles — and this one delivers real value for what you pay. Service quality was excellent throughout our stay.

Minor issue: The beach barbecue dinner was overpriced and not a true barbecue — more of a seated dinner with grilled food.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Everything, from the check-in to check-out, was flawless. The room was amazing, and the outdoor area was perfect. Views are stunning and you can find a lot of wildlife which was nice, I’ve never saw tenrecs before:) During our stay, we especially loved the golf lessons with Gary, and my diving experience with the boathouse team was incredible. I hit the gym every day and really enjoyed the facilities, plus the tennis court was top-notch. The spa experience was a highlight—both the massage and facial were exceptional. I also appreciated the little details that set this resort apart, like how they remembered my coffee order at breakfast. The entire team was incredibly professional, and I want to give a big thank-you for that. Special thanks to the woman who greeted us at breakfast, the sommeliers at both Legend and The Nest restaurants, the outstanding restaurant manager at The Nest, and hotel manager Gabriel, who handled our complaint with great professionalism.

If I pick something to improve, it’s a breakfast choice - we found that there was much less variety compared to some other resorts we’ve been to. If we stayed just a couple nights it would probably be fine, but given it was over a week, it would be nice to have more choice of food for breakfast. Also maybe the outdoor area in SPA could be a little improved

The location on Anse Petite Kerlan was gorgeous - It is also key to note that it is one of the few wind and weed free beaches on Praslin at that time of the year which is a huge positive. The service across the resort was extremely warm and friendly. All the staff as well as the hotel facilities are very child friendly. Furthermore the hotel was extremely helpful to guests with disabilities. Nice food options that were varied. Beautiful swimming pools and stunning coconut palms - really a tropical paradise.

The initial check in process felt a bit awkward. The sea was quite rough so many of the water sport activities were unavailable- It could be be beneficial for the hotel to inform guests of that in advance. (The weather conditions are obviously not the hotel's fault)

Lovely location Amazingly kind staff Surprisingly good buffet restaurant but so it should be at scr1300/person without drinks. Good rooms - immaculately clean. Nice tennis courts but tennis court 2 has flood lights that don’t work properly.

Spa could do with updating, not particularly luxurious but very nice staff. Bit silly for kayaks/paddleboards to be chargeable … would expect these to be included given the price - for comparison … included in shangri-la Mauritius. Beds not that comfortable- mattresses probably need replacing. Another restaurant or two wouldn’t go amiss to give more variety/optionality of food. Swimming pools small - there should be another one somewhere else/more private that is adults only.

Both the hotel and the surroundings are gorgeous. The variety and the range of the breakfast were superb and wide enough and this is also valid for the dinner. The rooms and the surroundings were always clean. One of of the staff called Tito at the fruit station was always happy, positive and helpful so all the days of us started very well.

I have to remark that on the thematic evenings you can get into trouble if you don't prefer something (f.e. we don't prefer indian food and on that evening we stayed almoast hungry...).

We had a truly unforgettable stay at Constance Lemuria. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed – especially by Fauziah, who was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. The staff throughout the resort were amazing – always smiling, helpful, and attentive. The à la carte and buffet restaurants served delicious, high-quality meals every single time. The beach areas are stunning – crystal-clear waters and soft sand, perfect for relaxing. The resort is spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of great activities to enjoy. This place has everything you could ever wish for in a luxury getaway. It really feels like a little piece of heaven on earth. Highly recommended!

This was our 2nd stay with Lemuria and we had a really fantastic experience. What was especially noticed is the friendliness and welcoming attitude of all Staff! We want to call out two people who both made our stay super memorable. Fauziah, our personal guest relations manager, assured for us an everyday premium service and checked on us occasionally. As surprise for my wife’s B,day we got candle-cakes and even a special complementary lunch at the „rocks“ restaurant, plus she helped us for a late checkout, and many more positive experiences. Also Serena from the Breakfast team gave us a lot of super nice personal attention and warm talks. The Junior Suite Room we got is def five star quality and very well maintained. Always Super clean. The other overwhelming experience is definitely the quality and tastiness of the food. While it has 4 restaurants in total we did Dinner always at the main buffet style restaurant since the variety of dishes, food, service team and show-effects were all great. Not to forget the awesome two beaches it has for swimming and snorkeling. You expect a wonderful five star experience and what you get is six stars! We will definitely come back again !!!

Our stay at Constance Lemuria was truly unforgettable. Everything was perfect, and both the location and service exceeded our expectations. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with an incredible atmosphere of peace and luxury. One of the highlights was the convenient shuttle service to the stunning Anse Georgette beach — such a thoughtful touch that made our experience even more special. The food throughout our stay was absolutely amazing, with a rich variety and top-quality ingredients. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend it!!

It was our fifth visit to Seychelles, but our first time in Praslin, and it was nothing short of spectacular! Everything exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the entire resort was simply breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, Fauziah and Abir made us feel warmly welcomed. The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Our kids absolutely loved feeding the peacocks, loved watching the crabs and jumping on the waves. Kids club is really good.
