We liked everything! Location is excellent, on a very nice beach, very comfortable lounges directly on the beach. Everything was very clean, room service daily, towels replaced daily. Friendly and helpful staff. I liked the room which was cosy and I liked the lightning, enough light but not in the ceiling, which is exactly my style. I liked the balcony a lot, the wood-glass doors and the wooden doors behind which you could close and also lock and this gave you privacy if you wanted. Also the extra balcony blinds could be let down for extra protection or privacy. If some (few!) may find this design outdated, I find it perfect and I loved it! It’s also just perfect for this kind of climate! I liked the traditional style and I think it should be kept like this! The Air conditioning works perfectly, the bed and the pillows were very comfortable, the water in the shower very good, the toiletries were quality ones. I also liked that we got 2 bottles of fresh water every day in the room. I especially liked the breakfast, for instance the fresh making of the omelette in front of you, with your own choice of ingredients, the serving of coffee or tea at the table. I also liked the afternoon tea. Very good music bands at the dinner and a wide variety of food from which to choose every evening, and also a different dinner theme daily. I was pleasantly surprised that there were also included activities, such as a wander in nature in the morning, morning body stretch, beach volley, sunset cruise, coconut demonstration, all included in the price. There were ping pong tables at the hotel, d’art’s, monopoly game, in case we wanted to play. This hotel met our expectations and we will gladly come back sometime!

We liked everything. What still could be a little improved, the internet (Wi-fi) and the food at the dinner, although great and very varied and looking great, some dishes could taste better. It could also be better labeled. Mosquitoes and geckos did not disturb us, because if you always keep the windows and doors shut, they can’t come in, and I advise to always do so. The geckos are really cute.

The beach, pool and surrounding is very clean. It’s a buffet services yet the chefs gave us attitudes, they made it look like a race issue.

The beds used in their spa are not good, they make a lot of noise. Also not the best spa I have experienced, will give them a 6/10

Ideal location by a wonderful wide and sandy beach. However, you need to watch out for stingrays when in the water. The hotel located in a quiet palm tree garden where you can listen to the sea and singing birds. Nice and helpful staff. Room cleanliness impeccable (daily service). Delicious food with a large selection of dishes and desserts. Themed dinners from all over the world. Complimentary afternoon tea and little snacks. The hotel provides free and paid activities arranged throughout the week including boat cruises. John really does a fantastic job. Kayaks, snorkeling gear, stand-up paddles free of charge.

I would suggest providing more umbrellas for sunbeds. The internet requires too frequent repeated log-ins as soon as your computer is inactive for a short while.

- Love the overall aesthetic / room / balcony with a beautiful view - overall very clean - easy access to the beach / nice loungers - majority of the staff was nice and helpful - live music was good and not too loud

- mixed feelings as it was not a perfect stay but overall it was still okay - maybe a bit under staffed ? - buffet was hit or miss so it depends, some nights were good. Water is not even included therefore you gotta pay for it every evening. Bizarre. - overpriced but unsure if that’s the rate on the island and the period. I’m glad it wasn’t my honeymoon let’s say it like that.

The hotel is on a very very nice beach. Almost every room has view to the sea. The garden is very nice. The welcome was a big suprise. In hot weather we got a very good cold special tasted tea and a cold little towel. The staff is extremly friendly, amazing. My wife had a 50s year birthday and I only wanted to book a table with nice view to the sea at the dinner. But, the staff nicely decorated the table and suprisely, my wife got a nice cake at the end of the dinner. I am very greatful to the staff!!! Thank you!!! The room was nice, a bit Bali feeling outlook. The pool was also very nice. The food, both the breakfast and dinner was very good an many different things. The bathroom and the shower was enough big. It is in very good location.

The hotel will be renovated from March 2025 for appr. 6 months. Yes, it was a bit outdated but was not disturbing at all.

Absolutely exceptional hotel in a great location on a great beach. Lots of shops, take aways, and more nearby. Greatly equipped hotel. The food was an experience, thematic cuisine that changed every evening. Fantastic and friendly staff. Easily accessible to other interesting locations on the island. Late check out without any problems... Everything was fine for me and I recommend it.

Unfortunately, there were a lot of geckos in the room overnight and no one was able to solve it...

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, especially by Mr. Abdelfatah at the reception, who was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process seamless. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, with every corner well-maintained, creating a truly relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. The food was another highlight—every meal was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and a great variety to choose from. One of the things I loved most was the overall ambiance of the hotel. It has a serene and sophisticated spa-like vibe, making it the perfect place to unwind and recharge. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and indulgent getaway. I can’t wait to return!

There as many activities which are organized by the hotel,some of them are free.You can use the SUP and Kayak for free.The staff was nice.The afternoon tea is a good idea and for free as well.

There was a reconstruction in some of the bungalows which was so noisy!And there was always some noise which made it tough to relax.They should do it off season. The breakfast wasn’t varied so after few days it’s really boring.You have to pay for the water at dinner which is ridiculous.I am happy to pay for any other drink but bot for the water which should be basic on an island where the temperature is 28😊

Our time at Paradise Sun was incredible. Staff are amazing and very kind (Shoutout to John and Josh!). Location is marvellous with the beach being lush. Room was super comfortable, spacious and will all the stuff we needed. Food was good too with the variation of the buffet being key! It was truly an unforgettable time and we thank you for everything! Good luck with renovation

Everything was lovely. However, wifi was quite patchy. But hey! Who needs Wifi when you are in paradise and have so much to enjoy and see.

Everything! The beach is beautiful and there are sun beds for use which were great. Pool also lovely. Loads of pre arranged activities available including a sun set cruise which are all great. Food for half-board was great too. Fab selections for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner (you don’t need to buy a lunch!). We were even treated to a special 3 course meal with Prosecco as on honeymoon which was such a lovely touch! Staff were all so attentive and lovely. Special shout out to Belbin who always remembered our drinks order and went above and beyond every meal! 10/10 recommend
