Great location, clean, comfortable, beautiful hotel, great view of the city ! We loved that Omni added a special touch to our room to celebrate our engagement! We loved our robes and our cake! It was a very special stay for us! We also loved the access to Starbucks and seeing all the little shopping stores on the bottom floor! Very convenient! Didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything other than for the Lakers game! We loved that we were in walking distance of the Spectrum center! The Omni is just perfect for us!

The overnight valet cost. We enjoyed the valet but $60 just to park your car whenever you already paid close to $400 for the room is a little too much. However, not having to worry about finding a parking spot was nice, we just had a love/hate relationship with the cost of just parking a vehicle.

The whole experience, checking in and parking was easy. Room service, Jasmine, was wonderful. She was such a nice personality at the end of a tiring day. The bar tender's were superb as well. We loved our complimentary breakfast and our waitress was so kind. Please commend her.

The food selection should've had a wider range. So we arrive on a Friday nite, sleep in and go downstairs for lunch at Schlosky's , but all the shops and restaurants were closed on a Sat.!! Where do we eat? When you're spending all this money for events and hotel, at least provide other food options. We didn't want to eat the same thing twice in two days

The hotel is located in downtown Charlotte (called Uptown) and is surrounded by great coffee spots and restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable, their staff were outstanding and warming. Very convenient because you have Starbucks and Walgreens right under the hotel, just take the escalator and you’ll be in there. But, the hotel also offers breakfast and their food was delicious. We had dinner there too and service and food were amazing. They have a nice pool outside with a bar and restaurant right there. We loved how welcoming and warm the staff were. If felt like home for us!

People can get loud in their rooms/hallway, but we loved that they already thought about it and had a sound machine in the room and that solved pretty much all of our problems.

The location of this hotel is amazing. 2-10 minute walk from everything in Uptown. Downstairs of the building is a Walgreens, Starbucks, Chick-fil-a, and a few other shops. The staff were so sweet and very helpful. I had a maintenance issue with my room and they sent someone up immediately. I was in a new room within 10 minutes and they offered to help move all of my things.

The lobby and restaurant were all really nice, however the room was a little less impressive. I had a deluxe room with 2 queen beds so the size of the room was great and the view was pretty nice. The downside is that is that the rooms really look like they are in need of some renovations. Stained carpet, worn down furniture, etc. The wear and tear of room is very noticeable.

Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Our room didn't become ready until an hour and a 10 minutes after we were supposed to check in at 4:00. I understand it was a busy weekend and things didn't go quite right. The room was almost $600 for one night and we didn't even get to freshen up before our event because it wasn't ready. We had to leave our bags and use the lobby bathrooms to change which was frustrating. I was also told that breakfast was included with our room but no one could figure it out and so we just ended up leaving and eating somewhere else, I have no idea what the outcome of that was.

The location was amazing. I love that the hotel checks in with you during your stay to make sure that you are having a good experience. Front desk staff really helpful and friendly.

It’s a smell in the lobby where the valet parking is. It’s not pleasant at all. I smelled it in the elevator this morning too. The beds are not comfortable. Might be time to start changing those mattresses.

From arrival to departure we truly enjoyed our stay at the Charlotte Omni. Yasmin at the front desk was friendly and professional. The valet and bellman were very helpful and accommodating. We had real delicious hot chocolate on arrival in the lobby (nice touch). We usually don’t stay in high end hotels due to price but we selected this hotel because of location. We spent more but it was worth it. Love to stay there again.

Price was alittle more than I usually pay

Omni was the perfect hotel for being in the heart of uptown Charlotte. The staff was pleasant and professional. From the valet to check-in to the restaurant/bar staff. A huge thank you to Clarissa Goodwin, who took additional time to make our stay special. She heard the details of our trip, which was a milestone birthday and night at the Blumenthal theater and Ms. Goodwin made our stay extra special. I highly recommend a stay at the Omni Charlotte.

The staff were amazing We had booked a deluxe executive twin queen with lounge access on the 14th, the room was very good, however we were given a room with an office block opposite on the 14th floor, a bit of a disappointing view. I asked the receptionist if we could possibly have a room with a better view as we were there for 5 nights, the receptionist obliged and what a room he gave us… and what a view, the room was fantastic anyway, but to wake up or come back to the city skyline really made our holiday. Thank you all Omni staff, all went over and above 😀 I also have to mention the 14th floor lounge, what a great touch… made us feel like royalty

I though $45 per night was a bit excessive for parking but I really don’t want to complain as my stay was absolutely fantastic

The location was excellent. Loved the location, close proximity to restaurants, football and baseball stadium. The front desk staffers and bar/food service staffers were very professional and accommodating! The Omni Charlotte Hotel is attached to the Mall and there is a Walgreens and Starbucks conveniently located to the Omni!!

I ordered room service on my 2nd night and the food was over cooked. One of the valet staffers was rude and displayed poor customer service to my family who were arriving a day after I arrived to attend the ACC Championship game.
