Location was 6 mins from my destination. The accommodations met my standards. The breakfast was good, but there was no alternative to the pork sausage and pork bacon. I would have loved to have seen some Turkey bacon or a vegetarian option for the protein.

I didn’t like that I smelled marijuana. On two occasions at the property in the parking lot I noticed that a woman was standing bent over with her upper torso poked inside her car smoking weed. And the next night as I entered the facility I smelled it again. It was a gentleman in a pick up truck smoking weed with his window down. It was disgusting. NO SMOKING WEED ON THE PROPERTY PLEASE. It severely negatively affects my bronchial and mucus membrane and leaves me with a headache and nasal sensitivity and discomfort. Both occasions it was passed 12am when I had to retrieve something from car.

We stayed here at the Residence and the check in process was absolutely fabulous. Philip was so kind, cheerful and welcoming. I literally thought I was being welcomed to stay at his home. The room were huge and very clean. I always wipe everything down with a Clorox wipe. The wipe was still clean. I spilled some water on the kitchen floor, use a paper towel to wipe it up. It was clean. I hung out on the patio. It was so comforting. We went to the pool and hung out longer than we attended. The water was warm and clean. The staff was extremely nice.

The breakfast was okay. The only downside is I wish they had more than one station for the pancakes and waffles. It was so crowded. I wasn't able to get any. The counters weren't kept clean, and most of everything was not restocked in a timely manner. I was thinking maybe there was only one person working.

Nice place the staff not friendly . I burnt my hand from frying bacon they didn't have a first aid kit. I had to call 911 and go to ER when we asked about the first aide kit they acted real nonchalantly. Then when the fire trucks showed up they got concerned and came to check on me and take a pic. I was in pain for about 30 minutes before they arrived, and the operator told me to put my hand under cool water until they arrived . Took an ambulance about 15 mins to arrive . I was in ER about 3 hours, the worst pain ever . Second-degree burn .

The location was downtown central. It was close to everything a traveling family needs and wants. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They were also precautions in terms of entry but once checked in we quickly understood it was a safety and quality control measure and felt grateful for that measure of caution. The heated indoor pool is an amazing asset and you can use it all year long. The pool and gym hours were fantastic. The room was clean and as expected from the pictures shown by the hotel. When asked for restocking or cleaning the staff was quick and efficient to fulfill our needs.

The incidentals was pretty high and parking too considering the location, but our experience there was worth the money spent. A food for though to improve the hotel’s gym amenities is by including more weight lifting machines. There’s only Dumbbells and a bench. For active members we would like variety, not only cardio equipment(treadmill/indoor bicycle). That means adding strength training and specialized machines that would be exceptional!

I loved everything from the staff to the cleanest. Enjoyed the pool. The patio. The breakfast was great. The room was wonderful and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay. And I loved that I couldn't hear any noise.

One thing that i didn't like was that the mattress from the pull out couch was not comfortable I could feel all the metal bed base. That's all I would change because like I said I really did enjoy my stay.

The fireplace wasn't working in our suite. And the living room area TV was hard to work as well. The facilites staff was great and very helpful but they couldn't get the fireplace to work. We asked the hotel if we could get a small discount for the room as it didn't meet the expectations but they said since we booked with Booking.com, we would need to contact them. I will be calling Booking.com today.

The front desk help was pleasant. My kids loved the indoor heated pool and basketball ball court.

Nothing the location was surrounded by places to eat. Also BJ's across the street gave me a discount on me and my kids meals because I was a hotel guess. The strawberry shortcake pazookie was fire.

The hotel was really nice! It was our first time staying at a Residence Inn and it was our favorite! The staff was very friendly from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out! If we're ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again!

We came to run the Revel Big Bear Marathon and it was walking distance to the bus pick up. It is walking distance to restaurants also and to the freeway.

They don’t have jacuzzi, which is most of the other Mariott has.

Our stay was so worth it. The staff was super friendly. The cook that made continental breakfast was awesome. He even gave us fresh blueberry scones. Food was fresh. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a Pleasant trip.
