It is clean and quiet

2 towels for 3 people booked. No extra toilet paper when half roll provided ran out. One one-cup coffee pod provided. Are they in a budget? Trash overfilled, no pick up. Unacceptable hotel service. I am not liking post covid idea that service is no longer provided. It was understandable during that time but now just a cheap way to stop providing those services that should be associated with a hotel. Am I wrong? If you go to a hotel, you should expect a room,a bed, AND services to that room. And no matter what you pay these days this is the case. I am in revolt to these changes and I think others should join me!

Was a nice property in a nice area. Lady running the front desk was very nice. Nice sitting area outside the room was quite bright and spacious

The floors were quite dirty had to walk around with socks on. Took a hand towel to clean areas I walked in and in bathroom to clean them and the towel was brown after words.rest of room was ok it was just the floors . In The suite rpom although nice the TV is in the space with the sofa not in the space where the beds are. If that is of interest to other guest

Breakfast served to us in our room but not consistently. Very tasty and we appreciated the variety and the aesthetics (someone went to a lot of trouble to do plating for a breakfast).

There were several miscommunications about breakfast and housekeeping but it was a graduation weekend for the University & I think they may have been understaffed. When I did find staff they gave us what we needed such as towels, TP (just not housekeeping).

The staff was very friendly. our room was clean and neat. I also like that there was a microwave in a fridge in case we wanted to heat up and store our own food. Although my friend and I do not have any disabilities, I do appreciate how the bathroom was set up for someone who does. it is very honorable that the toilet and shower are disability/wheelchair friendly.

The shower needs a a rubber dam around the perimeter because the water spills out.

The rooms are very nice. Bathrooms are very clean... The manager is very nice and welcoming...

Front office staff seemed there was a lack of communication. Not advising if you don't ask for breakfast they will not give you any. Having a pregnant girl makes it a little hard to run out and order breakfast from some other place.

The room was small and sparse but clean and modern - perfect for us! Breakfast was to be delivered to the room but they didn't note that we were there and we waited. And waited. Finally we went down and they made note that we were there and the GREAT meal was delivered soon after. Make sure they note that you'll be taking breakfast.

See above. Overall it was a nice stay in a rather quiet and traffic-less area (In the summer anyway!) near the university.

Quiet. Breakfast was great, delivered to the room. Close to the hospital which is why I chose this place.

We stayed 4 days and not once did housekeeping check on the room. We emptied our own trash, had to go to the desk for coffee refills for morning and also to ask for toilet paper.

It’s very quiet, good hospitality, all supplies are there (tissues and iron) very good Wifi, the room looks exactly like the pictures.

It’s very small room, AC is sometimes shutdown from nowhere and slightly noisy.

I liked everything about the property. The staff were great and very helpful. Room was clean and comfy, easy parking, easy access no complaints.

They didn’t wipe down the couch fully it looked like something had spilled or perhaps cleaning solution left behind.

I love the management team, although there was staff member who was really rude to me, but probably having a bad day. But other than that amazing service. Quite. A home away from home
