It was comfortable and clean. Nice place to stay if you’re looking for something quiet and safe.

The breakfast spread was amazing! The wait staff was awesome as well. Plenty of seating and very clean.

For breakfast, the line for the waffles was extremely long. I would recommend an additional waffle maker to accommodate the popular breakfast choice for many and more syrup cups. I did order some pancakes off the menu due to the extreme line and it took longer than expected to come out. I had to remind one of the cleaning staff of my order and she in turn asked the lady at the register. I am fifty five years old and over six feet tall and the short bathroom sink and toilet was unusually low. It seems to be focused more comfortably low for shorter people and required me to bend down more than usual to use comfortably. This low height might cause back strain or discomfort for someone taller than six feet. Other than that, awesome experience!

The stay was nice again. I went for my birthday. Went down to the bar. It was a nice setting. The drinks are kinda pricey. I also am not a drinker. So I don't know the typicals with buying drinks and ect. I went down for breakfast. It was very nice. Lots of options, everything was nice and fresh. I didn't like how they wouldn't allow u to take ur plate to ur room. After u have already paid. U have to eat there. What if I'm not feeling well. Hmmm. Other than that. This is still my favorite getaway.

Gym and other amenities were nice.

I booked through this app for a trip for me, my wife, and son. The app would not let me add my son as a guest. I also paid for breakfast through that app (there was a cheaper option that did not include breakfast). Since the app did not let me add my son, he was not on the reservation, so I had to pay for his continental breakfast, which I was not expecting to do. Was annoyed to feel like I was paying twice for the same meal. Also, the food in the restraint, where we had dinner, was expensive and not that good. My son’s chicken tenders were burnt, and my wife got a steak sandwich that was extremely chewy.

The hotel was very comfortable & the staff is super friendly. Beds felt great, & location was a relatively quiet and safe area. We didn’t get to try the onsite bar or restaurant but it looked good. We did use the fitness center which was clean and had plenty of basic equipment to get a good workout in. We loved the double sink in the bathroom. The complimentary late checkout at 12pm is awesome. And of course the welcome cookies are IMPECCABLE.

Their gift shop/market was closed, not sure why but we could’ve used that during our stay. TV reception was not working well, shows kept going blurry.

Very nice property!!…Didn’t care for the receptionist!!..Site said we would have complementary breakfast when we went downstairs for breakfast the receptionist said since we booked at a cheaper rate we weren’t qualified for breakfast..I don’t see it as a low low rate!!

Receptionist was rude made us feel embarrassed cause according to her we had a cheaper rates so we weren’t qualified for the complementary breakfast!!

Every time we stay at Double Tree it is clean, the people who work the front desk is nice. Angelica was a great person to work with and she checked on us to see if we needed anything and if we were happy with our room and stay. Now it’s been awhile since we’ve been here and now the parking is not free but it’s a safer idea than parking on a lot w no security.

Convenient location. Pleasantly surprised by how clean and nice hotel was at a good rate. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel power went out as we were getting up in the am. We had to get ready with no power, dark bathroom and had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs…lanterns in stairwell was appreciated.

Near freeway. The front staff was very helpful. Nicely decorated for holidays even Halloween. Bowls of candy, scavenger hunt.

Being above the Laundry room. Could hear and almost feel it during the day. Pull out the couch mattress thin and could feel springs. They should have passed covers for those. I ended up sleeping on the couch folded up.

I didn’t like the location at night by the hotel it’s self was nice I got upgraded to a suit for a slight mess in there end I arrived at 3 and I didn’t get a room till almost 4 the upgrade made up for the mistake. There was a restaurant across that was pretty nice. Staff was great no complaints.
