Room was comfortable, Location Good, Gym, Steam, Jacuzzi and Pool were amazing, staff was good and gave us a late checkout considering our late flight out.

The rooms decor could be upgraded as its looks a bit tired. Internet in our room was slow.

We spent Eid at this hotel, and it was a beautiful experience. The location was perfect, right in front of the Kingdom Tower, which made for some amazing views. While it may not have the same grandeur as some high-end hotels, it is still a very nice place to stay. The staff were attentive, cleaning our room regularly and ensuring fresh towels and amenities were always available. We also appreciated that they honored our request for a connecting room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The only issue we noticed was that the bathroom water tended to spread onto the floor. If this could be improved, it would make the experience even better. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider coming back!

The hotel is very good, i spent two weeks at the hotel. The facilities are decent. The location is great in the centre of Riyadh walkable restaurants, shops, supermarkets and laundry services (in a good weather) Overall for its condition and location the prices are fair

The hotel it self is not new, furniture, carpets and elevators but well maintained..

Clean Great location right on mid of olya street, but it can be very busy on rush hours only. However if weather is nice its a safe walking distance from many shops and malls

Internet was slow I wish they open the driveway it was always shut by cars , so i had to get on and off my taxi from the main street

The schedule to use Spa, gym and swimming pool, on Friday only available after 1500 and the rest of the days only after 10…it should have a bigger window for this installations, as suggestion 24h and it will improve a lot the rate of hotel. The smoking room should have conditions for that like ashtray…at least…

Location of the hotel is great, almost in the city center of Riyadh, which is where I needed to be for work. Staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful. They gave me a large room on the first floor, equipped with a good and comfortable king bed, a big screen TV and a small desk to work. The bathroom looked a bit old(er), but everything worked, so what more do you need?

WiFi in the room was (too) weak. Many of the simple and small apps I use on a regular basis would often not connect, or would be very slow, so WiFi range and speed could definitely be improved! Breakfast was OK, but for my standards it could have been better. Not too much choice in fruit, 'normal' bread and drinks, but a lot of choice in pastry and warm dishes, but I prefer the more continental breakfast.

Excellent location near Kingdom Tower, very clean and very friendly staff. Hotel for professionals who are in town.

I had a very loud neighbour who made phone calls constantly sometimes until 1 am. He was basically screaming on the phone. Wooden interconnection door to next room allowed the sound to come into my room.

I loved the room, the lobby, the staff, the coffee bar, the room service, and the attention to detail.

The swimming pool is only for men and as per my knowledge, it was not mentioned anywhere prior to my booking. There is also a very noisy sound coming from the bathroom. You can switch off yours but still can hear the neighbours' if they don't.

Location was good. We were given upgrade to a royal suite so was very happy.

Due to room size, there was no fridge and microwave in the sitting room. There was no support to go into and out of the jaquzy. It could be safety issue. Cigarette smell in the back room. If anyone in the corridor smokes smell comes inside the room.

Great place, very clean and I appreciated the upgrade to a suite. Centrally located in AlOlaya walking distance to Kingdom Tower. No issues whatsoever - i would recommend it.

The sound from the street was a bit noisy in the room at night but I imagine all hotels in this area have the same issue, not the fault of the hotel.
