I will be completely honest, I have read the reviews before booking and I decided to go for it. While yes the price I paid was different but it is the hotel policy to not use the amount and I am not going to drop the rating for that. Maybe because I was from UAE where I received professional treatment and the staff were clear and honest with the direction and explaining the policy. I highly recommend paying the deposit in cash would be better. The room was spacious and the total price was fitting my budget.

I would say location because mainly it gets very crowded so you would have to account for it in case you plan to go out

That was one great last stay in SA! It starts with the reception guys, they were very polite and serving. Room on point nothing to complain about it and food was at a very good price and tasty for hotels. I had a late flight and they were very nice keeping my luggage at their storage room for half a day. Location is another story, it was at a walking distance from the most beautiful area in my opinion of Riyadh. I would comeback to this property without a second guess next time I'm in Riyadh

Truly nothing.

The hotel located in city center. We went to kingdom tower only 10min drive. But please take note, its i. The middle of town, so the road is busy and traffic. Too much cars. The room is spacious, matress is very comfortable, they even provide extra pillow. The toilet is small but acceptable.

The breakfast may need to improve. Need to have more variety of food and desserts. Thats all. Overall we are satisfied.

The hotel is located in the prime vicinity of Riyadh just beside the Kingdom Tower. The room was too spacious, well furnished, cozy and overall it was simply amazing. The receptionist helped me to check in early as per my request and I was lucky to get an upgrade. The basement parking had ample space to accommodate the guests vehicles.

Excellent location

Beds need to be comfy and cosy with considering back posture etc to releive back pain to get good sleep. Shower compartment door doesn't close well to keep water inside the shower area and also the shower from top doesnt work and the shower handle has no good options for smooth ample water flow rather than the split and hard flow.

Nothing important... But no varieties in the breakfast buffet for me, and there is no sound insulation between rooms. AC sound is very high, but I did not turn it on as the weather was very good.

The location is perfect, right in front of Kingdom Tower and close to other restaurants and cafes, just a 3-minute walk from the Riyadh Metro Station for the airport. The hotel staff is very humble. I requested a 2-hour extension for checkout due to my flight, and they kindly accommodated me.

Location was excellent. Next to the main street with Kingdom tower view from the street. Good staff. We did not get chance to try the food but we saw quite rush during iftari. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cleanliness can be more improved mainly in the bathroom area. Everything else was fine.

The receptionist was very accommodating and attentive to my needs. My check out time was extended until 2pm. It was a good value for money.

The location was a bit confusing although in the center of Riyadh.
