This was my first time in Riyadh and after reading a few reviews was a little concerned about gender segregation for the pool or the need for everyone to wear shorts and tees in the pool... But I was advised when ingot there, bathing suit and bikini is fine and no gender segregation. The customer service was fabulous. I love the caramel lounge and the food options which were more than sufficient for lunch. Breakfast at Flavours was great. Room service was wonderful. Express luaundry service brilliant.

Very minor things. Housekeeping didn't restock the decaf coffee pod on our second day. The buffet dinner at 225 SAR (from memory) per person was a little steep.

From the second I walked in, it felt like I’d stepped into a dream 💫 The gorgeous Employee in front desk "Walaif "at the front desk welcomed me with a warm smile and sweet energy — she even offered me VIP lounge access because of my long trip 🥹💖 The view? Stunning. The vibes? Immaculate. "Abdulrahman "at checkout was so kind and genuinely cared about how my stay went 💬💙 And Muneer? total gem 💎 He handled my bags with such care and even gave me a little tour of the room like a true gentleman 🧳✨ The room was HUGE 🏰 — way bigger than I expected — with a walk-in closet and a bathroom that felt like a spa 🛁 (yes, both a shower and a tub!). The VIP lounge had cute small buffet and the restaurant had buffet and à la carte options, and room service was 24/7 🍽️🌙 — the menu had variety and everything arrived fresh and fast. Pool, gym, amazing location right on Olaya Street — I didn’t want to leave 💅 And that late check-out flexibility? Lifesaver 🙏🏼💕

The only thing I wish? That the spa was open to women too 😔💔 Everything else was absolutely flawless.

The staff at the breakfast session were very helpful and made my breakfast times very enjoyable. They are 3, I think 1 is called Mary (fair) and another lady (fair)and also a guy (dark),. I really think you should award them to show appreciation for their hard work. They are the reason i am filling this. Kindly check the 3 who were on duty at the breakfast session last week. I also very much appreciate the number of bottles of water given for free. i really, really do appreciate that also. Thank you.

I believe this is the most centrical and busy international hotel chain in Riyadh center. It has everything you need, the rooms are wide and big, there is no noise, the gyms are very well equipped, the sauna, the pool...and on top of that, the food is delicious. The breakfast is full of options, most of them healthy ones, and the staff there is so helpful and kind. Special thanks to Sohel, the captain, who made me smile every single breakfast, and Mery who prepared my coffees with lots of love. An important thing to mention: almost all the staff speak English which is something very difficult to find in the KSA hotel industry nowadays.

Interconnecting room is great for our family of four. Many variety of foods for breakfast.

We requested for firmer pillows. However, we were told by the lady at reception that they don’t have extra pillows to provide for guests. We had stayed in many five star hotels before and it’s very strange for a five star hotel to not have pillow selection. Even though we put change bedding card on our pillows, we had to request twice (in two different days) for them to change our bed sheet.

The receptionist was very kind and professional, and the room was clean and well-organized. We found a welcoming treat in the room that I haven’t seen in any other hotel around the world. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very friendly—I believe their names were Sanjo and Mary. It was a truly wonderful experience, and it seems I’ll be repeating it in the future.

Nothing every ok

First of all - very polite, attentive and helpful staff, customer service is highest quality. All employees whom we met - smiling when we talked with them, asking if are not missing anything and they can help us somehow. Room was spacious, clean, everything was there, we have not missed anything. Hotel location is very good - close to many restaurants and cafes of Olaya street, also not far from Kingdom Center. Breakfast was excellent, wifi was good and stable. Truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

I stay there during most of my visits to Riyadh. Location is good and staff are friendly. At the beginning, I was given a smaller room than usual but I complained about it and they offered me the normal size room which I get all the time. The quality of the in room dining food and in the terrace needs a big review. I shared my experience with the recipient, and I was expecting a follow-up from the management which didn't take place.

I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. The location, facilities, and staff were all top-notch. From the reception to housekeeping, everyone was professional and accommodating. A special shoutout to the valet parking team for their outstanding service. Was a prefect stay

The rooms and common areas were very clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the room felt cozy and relaxing. The staff were welcoming specially (Majed,Mohammed), friendly, and always willing to help

I feel the red carpet looks a bit old-fashioned and could use updating. Also, the room rates seemed a little high for the value, so a more reasonable price would make the stay even better.
