I like the view from the room that we stayed. We can see whole towards Kota Kinabalu from high place. The place is nice and comfy,which is great value for money. We can watch sunset in the evening, although during my time it was gloomy weather. On the suite,enable you to cook for your own, although I believe it only light cookings.

WiFi connection is not great, but it's ok cause we still could use mobile phone line. The gym have 2 threadmill,but both are not functioning properly. The gym are not free from unused stuff, broken table are placed there. We have to use stair to rooftop area which is area of swimming pool and gym, but the stairs area are not clear from things. After people swimming in the pool, usually they are still wet,thus, water from their footstep is all over the floor at level 13 towards the lift area.

I order room service. Not really good with the price. Gym not service. Many equipment broken.

The suite is huge, with 2 rooms and a shared wadhroom, and one largr TV room.

The floor feels a bit of dirt, the kitchen with some broken cooking stuffs, and most importantly the window is not functioning (unable to lock tight) which is extremely dangerous if someone like small kid climb up in attempt to open the window which might end up with terrible consequences. (unit 812, guest room, side window).

Spacious unit with a proper living room and 2 separate bedrooms. Rooftop swimming pool is a great place to chill and the city view is great. Good choice for family. Free overnight parking.

There are kitchen utilities but no dish washing detergent provided. Floor feels a bit sticky like it was not mopped properly. The pool lighting could be brighter at night for better visibility.

all aspects met my expectations. Food we ordered from their restaurant very the sedap, worth buying. Except that i needed to go to reception for parking ticket stamped by them every time i'm out from my parking for free. wish can do better for this like maybe got special free parking pass for customer.

Great location with view, right in the KK new center and river park, with lots of shopping mall, eateries and even a bank nearby Rooftop pool is a big plus Breakfast is a lot of choice but no beef and pork (which can be understood)

The interior is a bit run down Pool is not open until 8am

unexpected room with cheap price.only 167 with breakfast for 2 people...i stay at level 12, studio king room like 5star hotel, very clean, great view...breakfast delicious..pool very good on top of hotel..very impresss..thank you sky hotel..will come here again

I like the View

At night there are always noises outside the window like someone throwing little rock to the window but we live on the 11th floor and sometimes there are noises at the toilet but we don't know what , we keep waking up because the sound is too loud ..

i love the room but the toilet should be more clean coz we can see the mold everywhere on the floor & wall i love the breakfast but the food was not so go with our taste .. others i can say was i love sky hotel
