The man at the desk when we checked in was so kind, he insisted he come and carry our suitcases down the one flight of stairs for us. It was so sweet. We had a good sleep before continuing our travels.

Lots of noise transfer from the hallway, but it didn’t bother us much as we were very tired.

The room was very clean and the front desk man was a wonderful man. I want to let him know that he made us feel well at home and happy about choosing this hotel. The facilities were very clean in our room. Even though they were old or old styled, I could see (from doing housekeeping myself) that they were well cleaned. They also helped arrange a airport shuttle for us.

Staff vas very kind and helpful, with a sunny disposition and spoke good english.

My room was close to the smoking room and could smell some smoke. Also, I'm very sensitive with smoke, so a person that is not bothered would not even smell it. At the end it was ok.

We stopped overnight in transferring from Kansai airport. Hotel Seagull was excellent for that. The transfer waiter or us as the plane was late - fantastic.

Bit in the middle of nowhere. But fine for what we wanted.

The place is very near from a Mall, it’s also near from the exit of an expressway and especially not that far from Kansai International Airport. Especially all the staff were nice and very welcoming. Thank you so much.

I stayed for a night. Location was great, staff were warm and friendly. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Good value for money.
