I really enjoyed the location as it’s super close to the train station. The hotel itself was clean and up to standards. When I arrived I was immediately greeted and my booking from booking.com was found immediately. I got all the information of WiFi, check out, if I need an check out extension the cost which is ¥1000 to a max of ¥2000 (2 hours making it 1pm instead of 11am) . When I got to my room I was pleased with how clean it was, there was a humidify which was a life saver as it rained the following day and i thought Miami humidity was bad… Japan humidity is a whole another beast. On top of this, I was pleased with the quality of everything, the additional products that is offered for free. Will be back soon.

- The staffs are very welcome and friendly; we communicate in English finely. - The room is spacious compared to other business hotels. No complain on the facility at all. They even provide coffee drip bag with drip-style kettle and weighing machine that can detect temperature. - Bed, pillow, mattress are all comfortable and I had the most pleasant stay throughout my trip here. The hair dryer is kind of new and not too hot compared to other business hotels - They provide 250 JPY coupon, total 5 coupons to use at nearby local shop/restaurants with map in English/Japanese. I visited the nearby confectionery shop and the staffs there were very welcome, I used almost all of the discount coupons there. - Elevator exists

A no frills hotel in the vicinity of Kansai International Airport (KIX) being just a few stops away by train. The hotel itself is only a couple of minutes by foot from the train station. Local restaurants are nearby with convenience stores and a 100 Yen shop at the train station. The is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Great recharge station to catch an early flight the next morning.

The room is very small with barely enough space for suitcases if you opt for a double bed room. The bathroom is small as well. It is a great challenge navigating inside the room with 2 people and 2 suitcases.

This hotel was so clean and great value for money. It felt very new and modern. The free amenities were abundant. The room was really clean and not humid. The bed was really comfortable. This hotel was perfect when staying for a few nights and catching a flight from Osaka airport or 30 min train ride to Wakayama - just a small walk to the metro line. There were fun little restaurants around.

The noise from the Cat Lounge across the street could be heard in the room. Although it is a nice jazzy sound. Luckily it stopped around 1am.

Very comfortable and convenient for the airport. 2 minute walk to the station and there are lots of low cost restaurants nearby. It was very reasonable for quite a large room so close to the airport, would definitely use again.

All the windows are safety glass and so you can't see out or get natural light. I assume this is a building restriction although the first time I have seen this on such a hotel. Considering how close it is to the airport English on the front desk (written and spoken) was limited. I really didn't mind as I speak some Japanese but it might be a bit of a challenge for tourists. That said, the lady on the desk was very polite and helpful so I am sure everyone would feel welcome.

Room for one night at the end of our Japan trip: Extremely close to station! So easy for getting an early train to the airport for our flight. The most comfortable bed and cosy room, with a big TV that I could stream my Netflix through and watched cosied up in bed, amazing drip coffee sachets in the room, and big enough room for one night. We were allowed to check in early, around 1:30pm, which was a godsend after an overnight bus from Fuji the night before! Warm, friendly staff. Plenty of good restaurants, bars and a 7/11 very close by. Lots of ‘help yourself’ amenities downstairs if you needed more coffee, towels, toothbrush etc.

It was easy to check in and easy to find. A two minute walk from the stations west exit, or easy I may be remembering wrong but you can trust google maps. The room was a little small but very nice, I only had a carry on suit case and a backpack so I was fine but anything more than that might make it a little difficult to move around. The bathroom had great water pressure and heated up fast.

I found a hair that wasn't mine on one of my pillows, that's about it.

The staff were lovely and were prepared to stay late for us because we were delayed checking-in. Very clean and as close to the airport as you can stay.

Room was pretty compact but this is a regular occurrence in Japanese hotels. We stayed for one night before catching our flight in the morning, but be aware that you still need to catch a short train to the airport, as the airport is on its own island, so this is the closest thing you can get to an airport hotel in Osaka

The hotel's a 2-3 mins walk from Izumisano Station (a stop away from Rinku Premium Outlet and two stops away from Kansai Airport). Very new hotel equipped with all necessary facilities, including a hand brew kettle and drip coffee! Tastefully decorated lobby and room, the bathroom is clean and of decent size, the room has enough space to open up your luggage (this is very important/uncommon in Japan!). Definitely a comfy and value-worthy place to stay while catching an early morning flight!

A nice hotel that is in a convenient place for early morning flights. Well kept (clean, nicely decorated). Not only is it a good location for the airport, it also has a good local restaurant area within walking distance.

Room size is small so as long as you know this when you book (and are happy with it) then you will be fine. If you want more space then try a different hotel / a different room to the budget double.
