The location was great! Super close to the station. This was very important because our flight was in the early morning. The bed was very comfortable as well. I always love to stay at a place which the bathroom and the toilet are separated. Easy online checkin is also another good point. The room was basically occupied with beds, so not enough space to open big suitcases. But it was okay for us because we stayed only over night. There are some bars by the hotel. I hard people were talking loudly outside around midnight.

Perfect location just a few steps away from Izumisano station! It is very clean and surprisingly well-equipped considering the affordable rate. We had everything we needed plus more! Staff is very polite and prompt in responding to messages. Gave us clear and detailed instructions on how to get to the place, how to access the rooms and get the AC working. Staff is also very considerate and kind! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you very much!

The room itself was amazing, super clean, though a little narrow, but you got every thing you need. There was even a little kitchen. If I stay one more night, I would definitely buy some seafood from the Sunday Market. The location is just right in the opposite of the train station. Staff were impressive too. Since I arrived quite late at night, they gave clear instruction for me to self check in. They provided online inquiry 24/7, you can ask them anything, quite responsive.

There was a little concern about the check in procedure. I was required to provide personal particulars and upload passport through a link they gave me. The point is these sensitive information were connected to the internet. You know, hackers are everywhere. Personal information are better kept offline. I suggest maybe a self check-in machine, which is not connected to the internet, on the site would be a better choice.

It is very near to the izumisano train station. Suitable for those need to catch flight. Quick response from the customer service through booking.com platform. provided check-in guidelines which easier to follow to access the room. We only waited for around 10mins+ to check in (standard check in is 4pm) using new check in guideline since there are sudden new arrangements by customer service. It allow us to go back to the room for quick bath after check out around 8+am. The standard check out time is 10am.

No washing machine.

The location is excellent! I will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Kansai! The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is the icing on the cake! We used the kitchen to cook simple food for our children which purchased from the supermarket nearby.

Just a bit concerned that I need to input all personal particulars on a website before arrival. Hope there will be a more secure alternative if possible.

The location is the best of all. Easy access to Mizusano Station. I am definitely re-booking here if I visit Osaka again. The room is very clean and tidy. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is large. Bathroom and toilet very clean. There are many restaurants around and convenient stores too. Self-checkin and the staff are very helpful, quick reply and friendly too.

I wish there's microwaves in the kitchen too.

Cannot beat the location, very close to the train station. It was easy to get to the airport in the morning. The instructions for how to get to the building from the train station, how to use the elevator, and get into the unit were easy to follow. Clean and comfortable unit with plenty of space.

The hotel is located near Izumisano train station. It can easily find, walk only 1-2 minutes from the train station to the property. It takes only 10 minutes from the station to KIX. There is 7-11 and laundry near by. The room is big and clean. Everything in the room works perfectly. The owner is really kind and generous. They upgrade the room with free of charge for my family and I. They also send the guide book file of how to find the hotel and how to use the items in the room, and other policy that I should follow. This place is excellent!

it is very spacious for two people to stay, and the utilities are very good. the location is very good, convenient transportation and plenty restaurants nearby. the host gave good instructions to how to go to the two entrances as there's only one elevator at the back entrance. we arrived by a late flight so it's good to have commodation near the airport, it's also near Rinku town outlet. i really recommend this hotel :)

there's no hook inside the bathroom so i didn't know where to hang my clothes, but i found my way evetually.

The apartment was literally around the corner from the train station making it easy to and from Kansai Airport. Beds were super comfy!

Nothing, but if I had to mention something, a knife or scissors would have made opening our bags easier.
