Great hotel! Amazing beds! Loved the layout, the amenities and the aesthetic inside the hotel. The rooftop bar is amazing and the drinks and food are great as well. Location wise it would be my go to hotel going to Kansai airport. Even getting into Osaka was fairly easy, about a 40 minute ride. Rinku Town station right next door gets you to Kansai airport in 1 stop. Also the Lawson was opened 24/7 which is always a nice touch! The price you pay for a night is very good as well! 10/10 recommend!

The shower was a little tight space wise but still perfectly fine! The room is a bit on the smaller side but it gets the job done!

It is literally like next to the station. Walk for 3 minutes and take the train for 5 minutes, then you'll arrive at Kansai Airport. The shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport is also a plus. Just make sure that you book your slot a day before on their website. The staf is also very helpful. And there is also Lawson in the building. Very convenient.

I think the room is quite small. It was kind of a struggle to repack my stuff in the room. It feel kinda packed. But there is a luggage room, that you can use, to keep your stuff, repack your things & weigh your luggage. But you know, sometimes it's easier to pack/repack your things in your room first.

This hotel is a truly amazing value for what it offers and being so close to airport yet new and luxurious! From our arrival to going to roof top for a flight of beer and delicious snacks to the amazing breakfast buffet the next morning before our flight everything is top notch. Booked as a stay for simple proximity to airport but would have happily stayed in this hotel for several days. My girlfriend said the onsen and facilities were amazing while I enjoyed the beer flight and view of airport at night from roof. Recommended with no hesitation

Slightly larger room but that is truly only little thing but set up well.

Good room size for 3 adults. Pleasant modern design overall. Nice of hotel to provide free shuttle service to airport (but no pickup service from airport). The hot bath facilities was one of the better ones we experienced this trip to Osaka and Kyoto cities. Very good walking distance to Rinku outlet with delicious F&B facilities, and next to train station.

There was no staff at all when we arrived at 1am and you will need to perform self checkin. For an airport hotel that has to service foreigners who might have delayed flight situations, this could be a bit stressful, especially after a long haul flight. The staff appeared to be impatient servicing foreigners during day time.

The proximity to the train station and airport. Good for those rushing for morning flights. There are hydration rooms for you to get cold and hot water . This cuts down the usage of plastic mineral bottles. The 24 hour convenience store was a plus although it did not have many choices. And ofc for shopaholics there is a premium outlet nearby .

The bathroom does not have any racks or hooks for towels and the fact that a 5 star hotel does not have a bathtub. The toilet was without hooks for clothes and the litter bins were the smallest I have ever seen in my travels so doesn’t serve much purpose. The towels were not 5 star towels ; they were super thin and cheap.

Fantastic location, next to train station, within walking distance to premium outlet and sports depo. Restaurant for buffet breakfast was on the highest floor with nice panoramic view of the ocean and city. Breakfast is 18,000 yen includes, cute little pancakes, pastries, congee, fresh juices and coffee. I booked a room with kitchen and washer. Hotel provided sufficient ultensils and detergent. Parking on site 600 yen for 24 hours.

Could have included English instruction for washer. Had to use google translate to figure it out.

Self check-in is convenient. The desk is friendly. The room is clean and the hot spring is a big plus during the stay!

My mom was hit by a cleaning cart in front of the room door when she was bending down to tie her shoes. Although it's hard to avoid, my mom did so to help us move our luggage, and the cleaning cart blocked the staff's line of sight. This was the reason why we didn't react at the time. It's not entirely the staff's fault, but we still hope that the staff will pay attention on whether there are children or crouching people ahead when pushing the cart.

A last occasion to visit an onsen before leaving Japan is by itself a reason to visit this hotel. You won't be disappointed by dinner and breakfast either, and by the great view from the rooftop restaurant. Rooms are neither interesting nor deceiving. I've stayed at other OMO locations, and the design was more interesting. But it's more than ok for an airport hotel. Last but not least, the free shuttle service to the airport is super efficient.

Phonic insulation is not perfect, but if you stay there, it's probably just for one night, so...

The room was spacious enough for 4 pax. The location was good. Near to the outlet mall as well as near to train station. I manage to reserve 4 seats on the hotel bus shuttle to airport as well. Very convenient.

There wasn't any bath robes not pyjamas provided in the room. I have to rent 2 big tees frm the front desk. There wasn't also skincare provided in the room unlike hotels in the cities. Osaka and kyoto hotel provides

Very impressive public bath, Its almost twice big than other airport transition hotels, room is very specious with laundry machine and electric stove and kitchen appliances, there is a Lawson down stairs which is very convenient for customers.

Air condition of room was centralized control, which only provide heat so that our room was like an oven throughout the night…, and opening the window is prohibited due to higher floor, i will come visit again when the air condition tuned to "cool" mode in summer..
