Excellent seaside location, beautiful roof top bar and balcony area, lovely enclosed swimming pool area. large room with balcony and stunning views.

Long waits at front desk, long periods with only one staff member handling front desk and phone calls. We waited 10 minutes to get a towel for the pool area.

This is an exceptional hotel. Great location on the beach front with a short (10min) walk to the town centre. Plenty restaurants in walking distance. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and clean sheets. The bathroom was regular size with great shower, powerful, and always had hot water. I had a large balcony with sun lounger and table and chairs. And of course a beautiful sea view. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had, so many choices. I ate in the restaurant on one night and the €22 buffet, which was great value, again so many choices. The staff are excellent, super friendly, and always helpful. This is also a great hotel for cyclists, as they have a secure room to store bikes, with tools, air and water available, and also an area to wash your bike. Finally, the pool is a good size with plenty of sun loungers and a full bar to keep you entertained. The hotel also has live music most nights. Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed at, really first class. I will be back. A+++

air con was a little noisy, so couldn't leave on at night.

The hotel is in a great location, with all kinds of facilities close by. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was spot on. Breakfast was excellent too, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to guests’ needs. One of the highlights for me was the bike room, fully equipped with tools for maintenance and even a washing station. Absolutely perfect for cycling enthusiasts. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and shops, making this hotel a great choice for everyone.

Nothing in particular. Everything was perfect for me.

We had a problem with our room number 908 because it was directly underneath the roof top bar which was hosting a very noisy private event and we could not sleep. The reception staff found us another room on the first floor which we went straight to, leaving our belongings in the original room. Unfortunately we did not sleep very well still because it seemed to have the downpipe for all the bathrooms running through it. The following morning the Operations Manager, Tamara came and found us at breakfast and offered to find us another room for the rest of our stay and we were moved to room 308. The hotel is extremely well organised and run. The bar staff put the Formula 1 on for us in the bar. The buffet breakfast has a great choice and is constantly topped up.

The roof top bar does not open until 9pm which is too late if you want to have sundowners since the sun has already gone behind the mountain. The coffee machines kept breaking down / running out so there was a long queue for coffee every morning.

All the staff were brilliant, so friendly, nothing was too much bother. Huge choice at breakfast. Good value help-yourself buffet available in the evenings, for E22pp. So much choice, for starters, second courses, main courses and desserts. Paid for parking was available, but the Reception staff advised us to drive around the block and park on the road, for free. Very good value drinks in the Bar. The majority of the staff spoke good English - but appreciated our attempts at Spanish. Side Room on the 8th floor, with a great view of the beach and sea. Plenty of very good restaurants nearby. Sun loungers nearly always available near the pools. Lovely terrace on the roof. Entertainment most nights; some aimed at Spanish guests, others more international/British.

Shame the rooftop bar wasn’t open yet.

Our first room had a balcony and a nice view of the sea. We arrived to a bottle of champagne and some treats in the room with a welcome message from the manager. After our first night we changed rooms to the other side of the hotel because of a dripping sound in the first room. The second room was lovely also. Both the buffet style dinner and breakfast were excellent. So many choices and the food was fresh and well prepared. The staff in the dining room were so kind and welcoming.

The wi-fi needs upgrading. It was difficult to get a signal in both rooms we occupied.

Lovely big space with very comfortable bed and a bottle of Fizz on ice and sweeties in room was a nice touch when we arrived...big terrace balcony with great view We didn't eat at the hotel so don't know what the food was like but the menus looked good and bar prices very reasonable Great location, practically on the beach and very central for everything All in all, a very decent hotel

The pool area is very busy with lots of towels left on beds, spa is not open, and the Blue Bar roof terrace doesn't open until July, which was disappointing, but you can get a drink at the downstairs bar and take it up to the roof if you wish

Splendid place to spend entire holidays - the more days the more appreciation is growing toward the hotel and the full board option. We discovered in the reviews of the hotel that it is worth it and we can confirm - it made our stay special and very pleasant! If you choose the hotel, do not hesitate, unless your plans include roaming around, go for full board. The food is good and sometimes great, a lot of options to choose, each time there is a fresh grill with meat and fish. The atmosphere and the service excellent giving the feeling to be cared and in the right place. The hotel has only a pool, which is quite pleasant. On the beach is worthy to have your own equipment as you can place wherever possible. Quite convinient sunbeds are available on the beach for hire for 6e a full day. Rooms are spacious and nice, most of them with the fair see view. Probably better side to be in is the western side - less buildings in the way and nicer view. Very friendly staff! If we are around we will surly comeback.

The room are spacious however no family option for four which obliges to take two rooms.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the beach was across the street, and we had an ocean view which was beautiful.

The air conditioning didn’t work well.

One of the most amazing hotel stays ever! This hotel was absolutely pristine and beautiful, right on the waterfront, modern, clean and with so many amenities! The pool was incredible, hotel bar, rooftop and breakfast were all 10/10! To top it all off, we were greeted with champagne and treats in our room! The staff was fantastic! One staff member in particular, Fernando, was absolutely the best. He went above and beyond to greet us and make us feel welcome! It may sound too good to be true but honestly, it’s not! Hope you enjoy your stay here!
