Never turn up housekeeping while staying 4 nights. Location on booking.com is misleading. It's not 4 km, infant 28 kilometres based on Road, shuttle bus drop off location is very far and you can not reach when comeback, have to hire taxi with fares of 80-100, riyals. Only Hotel buiding is fascinating, nothing else. Worse for family with kids due to misleading distance information. Receiption people are only friendly but will have to wait 20 minutes. Room phone line in never work, when call for any assistance, including emergency. Housekeeping boys always look for donations but would not get help. Restaurant room service and food, both money waste and not tasty with dearer price. Though the room is clean with TV channels but doesn't work TV channel. This hotel should be considered 3 stars rather than 4 stars. However, I wish the management to review their housekeeping services as a whole.

There is a list of what was very good. The room was spacious with ample amenities. I didn't use hotel restaurant and therefore can't comment on food. There is a coffee shop in the lobby and a gift shop as well. Pretty easy to get a taxi via Uber. There are also taxis waiting at the entrance most of the time. A shuttle service to Haram runs 24/7. It isn't a direct one. The hotel shuttle drops off at Jamaraat and then one can get a shuttle by the authorities to Haram. All is pretty easy and free. Be mindful that return shuttle is just the exact opposite and one might get lost if not careful. I have been ordering all meals via Hunger Station app. It works well and you have to collect your dood outside the hotel yourself. The best part was hotel staff. Mr. Youseff at the reception desk was extremely helpful. Very accommodating and he went to great length to help us with our requests. Rayan at concierge is also v helpful. I would love to be back to Times Ruba inshallah (my lengthy review is a proof 🙂)

Well, the location is a bit off but that I already knew. I think the speed at front desk could be a a bit faster. But these are just tiny suggestions to further improve

The perfect blend of style and comfort. This hotel is super modern yet beautifully designed. Alhamdulilah. Second time here and TIME did not disappoint. What a stunning yet cosy place to stay after performing umrah and being in the holy land of Makkah. My favourite hotel in the world. I adore everything about this hotel. The hotel is designed to perfection. From the corridors to the lobby, to the gorgoeus rooms. Time thank you for everything you provide. Your service is impeccable. I'm super happy. Although the haram is only a 15min coach ride away. The shuttle service is incredible. It takes the pilgrims to the saptco bus station to exchange for the other haram bus. The shuttle service runs every half hour. May Allah bless you all and grant you Jannah. Ameen 🕋🤲🏾🖤

It’s my first time this hotel and I’ll definitely come back very nice and clean hotel with great hospitality by the staff Front desk staff's behaviour was pleasing and well mannered. i wasn’t sure if they would let me check in earlier but they did unbelievable because my flight was morning time I really appreciate the sisters that helped me out I would recommend the manager to look after those sisters as they having very good customer service scale. Room was excellent. About the bus service I have seen the reviews many peoples was complaining bus services but for me was nothing wrong with it

Location is bit concerned from Haram and nearby restaurants…. It’s more then 6 KM from Haram, but they have decent Shuttle service from Haram till Ghaza gate but will be tiring if you will do for every prayer… better if you in Asar or Maghrib and comeback late night… Nearest food options are less… there is one on Afghanistan restaurant on 10 mins walk but they don’t deliver, one more Pakistani restaurant below is the detail they will deliver in hotel: 00 966 58 264 6655 Ahsan

The transport system I didn't like , too much congestion on routes to haram by bus, sometimes the bus makes u turn back to hotel

Hospitability of staff.. very clean.. smooth check in and check out.. very cooperative and care for our comfort and satisfaction that they changed one of our rooms for having problems with airconditioner that may need workers for couple of hours was truely nice gesture

Only breakfast available yet they allow delivery from apps like hungerstation..had to carry luggage from room to lobby on my own even though contacting multiple times over more than 30 minutes

Where do I start? This hotel is new and oh so stylish and chic Masha'Allah. I love how beautiful and comfortable the rooms are. The attention to detail in this hotel is second to none. I came here to perform umrah in Makkah, and I'm so glad I booked this hotel. My mum loved it as well. The breakfast is also so delicious and they cater to everyone. I would highly recommend you book this hotel. Their shuttle service also runs every half an hour to the haram and back (24hr shuttle service which is wonderful) So no need for taxis, which is great! The bus ride is about 16-18 mints from Hotel to haram and good 15 mints walk from inside haram to the bus One should have at least 30 mints to reach for prayers

The Hotel Location is beautiful as well as the hotel is very clean, the bus Service from Hotel to Haram is amazing they are so punctual on time to drop and pickup travelling time is only 15-20 Min max. Drop time is every hour and pickup is every half hour. The Buses are clean and drivers are very professional. The Breakfast is amazing and menu is always great they have balance of every cuisine even great options for kids. The view from the restaurant is amazing even the outdoor area is so beautiful. The mountain view is amazing for Sunrise lovers... Pool for kids is a cherry on top ( Tip for the pool ; you must carry proper swimsuits for kids and your self to enjoy otherwise you can purchase from the hotel pool area).. Over all its an amazing experience. Guest Relation lady Reem was very helpful and caring.

The response on phone by all department is poor, if you need anything from reception , housekeeping, guest relations, room service. We need water and we keep trying calling room service, reception but they never pickup and we have to walkdown to request. In few instances even after the confirmation they didn't act upon ... this is very disturbing. I request the GM and the senior management to take this seriously as its make the impression very bad and downgrade the hotel.
