Today I checked out. My stay here was wonderful. It's location and room/ hotel cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was included in price and was good rather excellent. Towards ghazza district it's the first hotel after Masjid al Haram. Although u have to walk a bit to reach entrance for Mataf (approx 15 minutes ) but keeping in mind the room charges, cleanliness, location and breakfast I would recommend this hotel for stay and will definitely like to stay again inshAllah.

Room size for 4 was small. Beds were congested and for staying longer period may become problematic w.r.t luggage management.

Clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good

Not that I do not like it, but just to remind for those who have difficulty to walk, that you need to walk 10 - 15 minutes to reach the haram

The location is ideal as its around a 10 to 15 min walk to the Haram. There are lots of restaurants and shops on the ground floors which I found were a real gem and also great bargains to be found. The restaurants around the hotel serve a variety of foods and excellent value for taste and price. Breakfast at Manarat Ghaza was excellent initially I was apprehensive after reading some reviews but I witnessed first hand and the freshly made omelettes tasted amazing. I will definitely be visiting again Insha'Allah if invited by Allah (SWT).

Very hard to really pinpoint a dislike maybe just waiting for the lifts to arrive.

The hotel is very clean and new.

I cannot say I didn’t like, but the only thing is the walking distance to AlHaram leads to gate 22, and if I want to reach gate 79 will be a bit exhausting specially with the blocks they put in AlHaram.

Everything was perfect. But I faced following issues 1) The Geyser of the Room was not working. To fix the geyser issue, I had to stay with the plumber for around 1.5hours thereby losing my valuable time 2) I stayed in the 17 floor. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was absolutely zero. For internet access I had to sit in the lobby of 1st floor.

Location is good but you have to be ready to walk a good 20 minutes to reach inside Haram all because of construction, beds are comfortable, restaurant and shops on site.

Hard to get nabkins or toilet paper, and water, you have to ask the front desk multiple times so they could remember after 45 minutes. Butter to buy your own. The carpet of the Masjid inside the Hotel is disgusting never been washed I guess and you feel it when you touch it. Bring your own prayer carpet. If you have kids or people that can't walk all the time then they will suffer because of the 25 minutes walk. Again because of the construction in Haram. And if you take a taxi you have to be ready to pay 25 to 30 reyal. And time almost the same unless no traffic.

I liked my stay. The rooms were clean, and if you asked for something from room service, they provided it promptly. The view and the calmness in the rooms were great. The staff was good and helpful, and the ground floor had a market with reasonable prices. Additionally, the hotel was very close to Al Haram, about a 10-minute walk, though it might be a bit difficult for the elderly if they need to make the walk for each prayer.

The aeration system was not working correctly, and there was a layer of black dust covering the surfaces in the bathrooms. We asked the receptionist to take care of this. They were cooperative and nice, but the person in charge of fixing it hardly understood Arabic. He didn’t fix anything and simply said that the AC was working. Additionally, the beds were not very comfortable.

Location is as close as it can get, it is behind Haram , I'd say 15 min walk , good thing is you when you are heading from Haram to the hotel it is much less crowded than clock tower side. Receptionist (didnt get the name but has a mustache ) was very nice at check in. Breakfast was served , very simple, fresh , something to kick off the day. There is a dedicated prayer floor (males and females) Rooms service is very keen checking on you to the point we had to put do not disturb sign which was assuring. Great value

For the price , cleanness , service, and location, no major complaints. Only thing the shower water could've been warmer. I would recommend improving the breakfast options and increasing the price.
