Almost everything since the moment we arrived — very helpful and sincere reception, clean rooms, possibility for early check-in... Indeed, it just felt like home to rest safely after long and crowded visits to Masjid al-Haram. The room was super clean, people were helpful, and food seemed decent even though we did not try it. Good location with satisfying services such as supermarket, a nearby restaurant, and stores if you need to buy something during your Umrah. I would recommend it to anyone to stay in the future.

Shuttle service lacks. However, you can easily access al-Haram via public buses or finding a quick taxi around 10-20 SAR.

Excellent transportation to the Haram. Free bus every 15 mins 24/7. Otherwise taxi readily available. Rooms cleaned and serviced and a couple of excellent restaurants nearby.

Check-in was lengthy and after booking for the previous day as we were arriving very early morning, were told hotel policy doesn't allow check-in until 10am and then still had to pay early check-in fee. Needs to convey this to Booking.com

Nice neighborhood with Restaurants and Major Supermarket store Bin Dawood across the street. Shuttle service for my duration of stay was actually punctual and they were trying best to follow on time schedule. Pick up and drop off is at Al Ghazza bus station and it's a ~15 minutes walk to gate entrance for Haram. That you cannot do anything about all busses cannot go any further.

Shower area in bathroom for my room was really small and not the cleanest. Also for 3 days no one came for room service.

It is clean the team at reception where very helpful they try his best to make my stay with my family enjoyable(rthanks to rahaf and her team at admission chapeau bas)also at the restaurant mr.haytham and his team are cooperative and present a lot of kind of food wich make my day more relaxing after taking the multi kind breakfast thanks again for Dana makkah I will repeat my stay whenever I came makka

The overall experience was excellent. Few points woth be noted: - Room clean, spacious and with all facilities required - Bathroom clean, fresh and stylist with hairdryer and free shampoo/conditioner - Big common/congregational Prayer room - nice coffe shop in the lobby - Staff was very exceptional, met any request and help we needed specially the concierge - hotel closed to some shops and decent restaurants

I wouldn't say I loved the shuttle service. Firstly, although it was meant to leave every 30 mins sometimes it would leave late or early. Secondly, it stops so far away (North side of First Ring Road) from masjid al-Haram that we struggled, as my mom being elderly, had to walk 15 to 20 mins before actually reaching Marwa. Add extra 10 mins if you want to reach the Tawaf area. Rather than stopping where they do, I would advise stopping on other sides of the mosque e.g. Aiyad St or Ibrahim Khalil Rd. Finally, the last few days hotel got full and the shuttle was definitely too small to get all passengers in one go. I suggest running more often rides as it is a 4/5 min drive

HARAM Shuttle bus dropping point whic is GAZZA parking. You need 2500 steps walk to reach King Abdul Aziz gate to enter inside MATAF.

The breakfast was really good and had a big selection

The showers were too small and water was always leaking out

The room was clean but there was no room service to fill up the tea and the water, maybe they were knocking the door but most of the time i was not in the room and also i didn't ask to make clean for the room so its not a bad comment all other was very good.

The shutter bus was dropping far a way from the entrance of the Haram (Gaza street) and you need to walk too much, while there is a near by bus stop in Ajyad street, so i used it once only and the remaining was by taxi which the fare was 15 to 25 RSA to go and to come each.

We had a free shuttle from the hotel to Haram. That worked well from going to Haram. Staff was friendly.

However, the schedule needs work. There were no set timings for pickups and no set location that would be easy for first-timers to know, especially in the Haram pick-up location.
