Location is good. Reception is very decent. WiFi is okay 3 elevators is great. Bus to Haram is great. Value for quality overall is very good.

Need to offer drinks in reception even if charged. .. tea/coffee. Does not exist in the rooms Need to warn/control clients who are loud or cooking food in rooms and Thier rooms smell. Need softer billows. Add In rooms menus for close restaurants.

The staff were great – really friendly and helpful. The distance to Haram is bit far, but there are loads of buses right across the road, which is great option. The Haram bustop is like 3-5 min walk to the babul salam gate for tawaf. Just a heads-up: getting a bus right after prayers can be a nightmare, both to and from the Haram. You might be waiting a while. But the system they have is good enough to reduce the waiting time. I'd definitely come back if the price is right. If you want to wash your ihram cloth, can go to Laundy inside Arkan Bakkah Hotel. They only charge SAR6, for 1 pair of ihram (returned within 24 hours).

The room was a little cramped, but considering the price, it wasn't a deal-breaker.

As a solo traveller from the UK performing Umrah alone, I booked this place after a lot of research and was really pleased - was a clean and well-maintained hotel perfect for families. The main question you want to know is how close it's to the Haram? This hotel is located on a strip of road that hosts a bunch of other hotels, they all provide a free shuttle bus service that runs 24/7, literally no waiting, there are buses that run all day long - they travel through a secret tunnel and you are at the haram within 5 minutes quite literally. You will be dropped off at a coach station that is located near Safa Marwa exist so you just need to walk around and over the bridge to get to the clock tower entrance give or take 10 minutes walk. The coaches conveniently drops you where the collection points is for wheelchairs for those who are elderly or disabled.

There are limited food places on the strip where the hotel is located, its all just mainly hotels but its super convenient to get to the haram within a matter of minutes using the constant shuttle bus service - remember all the buses are free and they all drop you off in the same place at the haram.

The hotel was really close to the Haram just one stop away. Plus, the employees there were very cooperative and nice to the guests especially Faris and Talal

Hotel is located in MahbahJin after the tunnel Ajyad WC3. Not so far by Taxi or Bus. Shuttlebus is crossstreet & pick + drop by bab Al salam next Tahalul gate then you Walk 5mins to Mataf Area. The mattrasbed is hard but so good and the pillow too hard! AC is cold. You need to ask cleaning service to vacuum the carpet daily The housekeeping coming every 11 am and Suhail the guy is helpful cleaning our room 510. Thanks Suhail 🙏 Many supermarket shops restaurant are next surronding.. Taxi are available 24hrs

Room Carpet is so ugly dirty. I got so alergic ! Noisy from Car Horn Hongking whole day 3 Lifts sometimes to crowded.

Best Location For Haram. Free bus service very near.

The hotel staff was very cooperative and stay was comfortable however there should have been an arrangement for meals in the hotel restaurant. Public transport was easily and readily available at a short distance. It would have been best if the hotel had it's own transport. The location was good. The room was neat and clean however there is a requirement of two bedroom chairs.

Well, the hotel is really convenient. The shuttle is bus is very efficient to Haram. For this value, it's really worth it compare to close to Haram but high in price.

Well, it's was expected as it price. But surprisingly, it's really comfortable. U may need to request kettle for a liltle bit of your convenience, but it was worth it.

Location quite far. Shuttle bus hard to get from Haram. You need to ask the bus one by one at the bus station near Haram. Some drivers refuse to let us in. But still okay since the room price is affordable. Most of the time i took taxi or uber

The hotel was good as expected, and as explained on the booking website, it is located in a good location facing the main road. Transportation is very easy. A free bus service to Haram is available on the opposite side of the hotel. A gift shop and a supermarket are available.
