It was a great experience. I along with my family spent two weeks in Makarem mina. It had free bus services from the hotel to haram and back from haram to the hotel. The hotel staff also gave us daily necessary supplies such as tea, coffee, shampoo, body wash,sugar, water e.t.c..The area around the hotel was facilitated. The location is very peaceful and the view of our room was beautiful. The staff was very polite and nice. They took quick actions on any sort of complaints and suggestions .The hotel is gorgeous as well as comfy and clean. It gave the vibes of our own home.I would surely like to come again Inshallah.

We personally loved everything about the hotel but I would like to give some suggestions to the hotel. The first suggestion I would like to give is that, there are picture frames in the rooms. The placement of picture frames are incorrect as they are placed on the wall of Qibla. So, try to fix that. The second suggestion I want to give is to increase the amount of buses. Sometimes when we used to come back from haram the crowd in a single bus would be so much that people would stand in the bus while others would sit on the floor or get a taxi to go back to the hotel. I would give it a 10 if these problems got solved. We would surely come back inshallah.

I had a wonderful stay at Makarem Mina Hotel in Mecca! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my visit truly enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Rubel, who was incredibly helpful. He provided me with transportation details and clear local directions, which made navigating Mecca so much easier. His professionalism and kindness stood out, and I truly appreciated his assistance. The staff's hospitality, great service, and the hotel's convenience make this a perfect choice for anyone visiting Mecca. I highly recommend it and wlill definitely return! lf you are coming from USA, use this hotel. It's affordable and well maintained hotel like USA

Very comfortable uncrowded feel to the hotel. Rooms were really big and well furnished. Located very close to loads of shops and food outlets. Staff were all very welcoming. The guy with the essence at the door was amazing.

Only downside was their kitchen does not run for suhoor and they get two rice options from outside for Suhoor.

The staff are wonderful. The location was great . They have indoor parking which was great. Continues bus trip's to AlHarram.

There was a pump water problem and it was not fix . This water problem was totally uncomfortable when taken a shower. When you call the reception they hang up cause they are busy. But I suggest if they register who is calling and call the rooms back or designate someone to answer the calls .

It is said 1st impression is the last impression and our 1st impression especially at reception (Miss Ahad Adnan) was very good and the overall facilities didn't disappoint us either. We selected the Triple bedroom option. The room wes spacious, comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were smiling faces , had a pleasant personality and everyone was cooperative. Definitely this hote will be our 1st choice for our next visit INSHALLAH.

it was really clean. The transport was convenient. though the choice of route was not always in the drivers hand. The drivers were both very cooperative and accomodating. The reception staff though with minor language barriers were always very accommodating & helpful.

The cleaning staff were all hardworking and always busy - but had some language barriers. but we all got there nicely at the End. .. 👍👍

The hotel and inside the room was ok

The shuttle bus timetables specially when coming back from the Masjid was not fit for purpose. In fact they don’t even send the bus to take you back to the hote and even when you find the bus @4am they will say they will wait till 06:30am. They also do not provide the services on Fridays and busy times e.g 27th night of Ramadan. They do not communicate in advance too. They claim the road are busy but every other hotel shuttle bus is making the trip on time and as per the advice given. Makarem Mina hotel needs lots of improvements-they should also be careful to market the hotel with the shuttle buses that are hardly there when coming back to the hotel.

Reception team, housekeeping staff, location and size of the room were great. Bus service was good for going to Haram. For return, there is an additional option to take Saptco bus from Haram to a bus stop near hotel.

It would be nice if breakfast quality can be improved.

I liked the location,, was very good aera with lots of shops around ,, all u could need in a walking distance,,, people are nice and respectful,, smell nice during ramadan the coffee and dates was in the lobby of the hotel,,

I didn't like 2 of the bus service drivers to al haram,,, the bus is self very good not crowded even in Ramadan , driver's let us wait for him for 5 hours ,, as he decided to enter from another entrance that we didnt know it exist,, 150/200 meters away from the main place where he should be,, between another 200 buses in the area,, he drop people and run back,,,other days we don't know which side he will take so we wait in the middle then run after the bus with my mom wheelchair and my son,, if we catch him good if he closed the door he keep on going I liked the hotel a lot and the location but the bus experience would make me rethink other then this was all good and the hotel workers also very kind and respectful

Very helpful staff both Abdul Rahman and Ramsey. Spacious hotel with good hot water. Kettle tea coffee. Water bottles etc TV. Internet connection good

No in house restraunt. But there was plenty outside in the main road
