The apartment, the pool in general was good
The fact that in the description it doesn’t mention that they have nothing that you can do until you stay, they should state clearly that they are not a hotel so the user is aware and is not sat outside until you can go in. Also it is thought for people that has got use to mobile and latest technology I can not imagine an older couple going through the checking process, not easy at all.

If you understand this is NOT an hotel, and that you'll need to have access to data/internet to access the building (need to download an app); this is a perfect place. Great small-studio well located in town. We had the studio #801 and I really recommend it - you get a perfect sunset view over Guadalajara and the far-mountains on a private patio. This was awesome for happy hour time! The studio is well decorated, cozy, the kitchen has just enough for breakfat and quick diner. As other comments said, the hot water in the shower can take long to arrive (5 minutes), and seems like it get cold after 10 minutes so this could be improved. Communication with the owner is via WhatsApp. Access to pool. Recommended for this price!

Best location in Guadalajara. Fantastic view, very secure. Had everything I needed.
The other reviews are correct. Sewage smell, inconsistent internet, and non-existent sound-proofing. For the price point, they really do have a lot of complete idiots coming in and turning their TVs all the way up in the middle of the night. But Mexicans do love their noise. The internet did get better over the stay, and the smell wasn't terrible. I kept it at an 8 because I did enjoy my stay apart from that one night a week where things get loud.

Check in process, and entrance of the property was incredible. Very Very easy !! Face recognition in the entrance of the building and elevator.
The apartment had a very particular smell which came from the shower drainage. Nothing that made me feel uncomfortable, but a point of improvement

nice big building. room was nice.
staff were rude at times or didn't speak. very strange. sometimes there were 3 security faurds standing outside but didn't say hi. Made feel wonder what or who they are protecting. Felt very off tbh. Strange. Lacks good variety of restaurants nearby.

The pool area and security with Face recognition. The kitchen facility offered a great help especially when staying with kids.
The bathroom spout was stinking, spreading odor into the apartment. We opened the windows to feel better.

it’s a great location
When we arrived to the property we have some issues: the principal door never works. The app for the door and elevator mover works with a phone number from USA. When we arrive to the apartment smells so bad, we talking with the owner and he fixed
