We loved our room and jacuzzi tub.

They gave us a breakfast voucher at check in as it was included in our stay. When we went for breakfast the next morning to use the voucher we were told that the restaurant doesn't open for breakfast on Sundays only at 2:00 p.m. which makes no sense because you have to check out before 2:00 p.m. so how do you get to use your breakfast voucher if they don't open for breakfast on Sundays. I'm not sure why they would even bother giving a voucher knowing that they are closed in the morning on Sundays. They did refund us 200 pesos for the breakfast. They also only give 1 coffee capsules in the room when there is 2 people we had to ask for another.

Room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was not included in our rate but it has a restaurant where you can it. Location was perfect, there are good restaurants around the hotel. This place is good but there are things to be improved (look at the didn’t like section)

First, when we arrived the guy in front desk was not communicative; unfriendly, zero visual contact, he only gave us the registration form and room key. This guy never mentioned a word about the hotel amenities, like restaurant, pool, etc. Second, we found a lot of human hair around the room and bathroom. We have told Melissa (front desk) to helped us with it. The room was cleaned, as per requested, but we continued to find more human hairs in the shower during our 4 days stay even after reported it every single day. By chance in our last day, we talked to the cleaning lady and we asked her directly to remove all women hair and she did it.

The Hotel is super nice, well designed, staff are kind and super attentive, rooms are also very nice, some are bigger than others. Food is decent, nice options for breakfast or lunch/dinner. There is an option to order meals to the room, pool, rooftop, or simply in the restaurante. Overall we liked it, and the service is great.

2 things to improve: First: The hotel supply you with nice bottles of shampoo, shower gel etc. the bottles are made of glass and they cannot be taken home, although, if you wish to take it home you can with a cost of 120 mxn. what happen to us is that one of the bottles slipped during shower, and shuttered on the shower floor. almost cut myself. it happened in the night time, and one of the staff members came right away to clean it. which is great. but what we didn't know is that when we checked out, the actually charges us over the broken soap. this made us feel a bit bad, and left us with a bitter taste after all. :( Second thing: The a/c in the room was SUPER loud. to the point we couldn't sleep. need to improve immediately!

1) The location is very good, it's literally in Providencia, with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby 2) The interior of the hotel is very well decorated and simply beautiful, with alebrijes everywhere 3) The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and has good pressure, and the coffee machine is a nice touch 4) My room was very clean and well-maintained 5) The pool is simply fantastic

1) The cleanliness of the hotel was tainted by the occasional hair on my bed or in the bathroom; same goes for the pool 2) The reason I am taking off 2 points is the restaurant. The food was atrocious, and the chef/waiter (same person btw) insisted on including a tip in my bill; and when I tried to argue he simply said the tip is mandatory (never happened in Mexico to me before). If you can, avoid the hotel restaurant at all costs!

excellent customer service. safe neighborhood. the breakfast was good. the bed was comfortable. there was a small refrigerator. it was quiet. the room was large. we just didn’t stay long enough to try and use the pool, gym or balcony that our suite had.

things were a little broken down like the jet bathtub didn’t have a good drain seal and keeps draining water and caps were missing from the jets. also, the closet doors didn’t slide well or open all the way so we didn’t use it. minor stuff really. it’s pretty much in a residential area, so there isn’t much around, but Uber is cheap and was a 5 min ride to an area with shops/pharmacy, etc. i think there’s an Oxxo a couple of blocks away. otherwise, it was excellent.

Located in an excellent high-end residential neighborhood. Very comfortable mattress. Beautiful bathroom and closet (with coffee maker, mini-fridge, and safe). Rather small pool had some bugs floating on top in the corner, but it was warm and nice to be in on a hot day.

The floor wasn't quite clean, having long hairs in a few places in the bathroom and bedroom, some dust, hair, and lint in the corners, and a shoe print in the bathroom. The bellman (?) was quite pushy in inserting himself into every conversation I had with the desk attendant and in trying to show me foolishly simple things in the room. (I didn't tip him.) A bit disappointed when they told me they had a gym and it turned out it was just an elliptical and a treadmill in a pretty closet: you get your cardio walking around Guadalajara, so what's needed is a weight-bearing machine or two.

The only thing that we didn’t like was that they use glass bottles for shower gel. One of them fell under the shower and broke. First of all it was dangerous and second of all, we had to pay 60 pesos for the bottle that broke without our fault.

Restaurant service was very slow on my take out order. I had to wait almost 45 minutes. There was one girl working and she was busy. It took over 15 minute of waiting just to take my order because she was so busy. I think they could use another person to help because she was doing everything. I felt bad for her. And, it was frustrating to me to have to wait so long for a take out order, just one breakfast.

The rooms are clean and have all the essentials. The area is quiet and relaxing, and I never felt at risk. Away from downtown but yet close enough to enjoy all the attractions. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and I had all the answers to any of my inquiries. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance or just have a drink or coffee. Initially booked for one night and ended up staying 7 nights.

Breakfast options were limited but tasty. The room had a bad smell when we first arrived. It was coming out of the sewer system.

Location!!! I would gladly move next door. The place was what I expected. Staff was nice. We did not use maid service because it was only four days.

2 people + 1 coffee cup + 1 roll of toilet paper (no backup) = someone is not paying attention. It really didn't matter to us but might matter to some people.
