Good hotel in a decent area and fair value. The room was very confortable. The breakfast was quite good, but it can get a little crowed, on the second morning I had to wait for people to leave the breakfast area so I could get in.

The VAT invoice policy is definately a downside. You have to communicate yourself through whatsapp and only get the invoice at the very end, even when you pay in advance. As a consequnece, the hotel limits the right to get a VAT invoice so it had me unnecesarily worried until the end of my stay. The breakfast should be served in the neighbouring area when the hotel has high reservation rate in order to avoid inconveniance.

I liked the outside area with the fountains. I liked that they had drivers on site to take you where you need to go and pick you back up from your location. The wifi worked great and the beds were very comfortable. I loved the spacious shower. The breakfast was delicious amd tons of varieties to pick from.

We couldn't get the fireplace outside to work. The bathroom was a bit crowded but it was okay. It was a bit smaller than expected. But still good and clean. However still more positive than negitive. I would recommend if a pool or tub is not a must.

No handheld shower in washroom but just shower itself Room does not have clock, notebook and pen options, no minibar Breakfast did not have vegan options except bread, cookies, jam, pancake and cereals. There is no boiled or any sort of eggs for vegan guests unless requested. Only 2 options of juices to choose from.

Breakfast was Great! They had several varieties of foods and fresh fruit breads. Their staff was very friendly and attentive.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t many healthy options for dinner from the menu they had to offer. It would be nice to have something healthy to eat for dinner.

The hotel was great. Check in was friendly with an upgrade. The room was clean, large and well appointed. The maid service was excellent. The breakfast was ample and varied. Items were replaced. The location was excellent. The patio was a nice place to sit and read.

I would like it if there were fewer youth sports teams staying at the same time.

The location was superb, and the staff was always smiling, the food was good, and the restaurants near by where also awesome

The hotel seems a little old, the towels need a refresh and the internet was intermitent

It was a nice Hotel with normal facilities.

They had an event right above my room, and the music was too loud, so I was not able to get sleep. Also, the old air conditioner made a lot of noise and didn't let me rest well. The breakfast was acceptable, but not as well as I imagined.

VALET SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. LOVED HOTEL DECORATIONS, NICE SOFAS AT EACH FLOOR, LOBBY VERY WELCOMING. HOUSEKEEPERS VERY WARM AND DO EXCELLENT JOB.

RECEPTIONIST COULD BE WARMER, HOWEVER SHE IS VERY EFFICIENT. BREAKFAST VERY LIMITED AND AT TIMES IT WAS FULLY DEPLETED AND TOOK LONG TIME TO REFILL. TOO SMALL BUFFET STATION FOR THE CAPACITY OF ROOM.

The staff, check-in, check-out, and room service was very professional and smooth. The breakfast crew was very kind, organized, and attentive. The breakfast was very good, it was well worth the money. The room was very comfortable and spacious. the towels were a bit dated and overused. Complimentary bottle water was available. The wi-fi was 93% reliable. it did buffer a few times, but not enough to be consider substandard. The hotel, itself, was very clean, modern, and maintained. The gym was adequate for a decent workout (no air), but the windows could be open. there are no towels available, but they did provide water.

The one thing I didn’t care for, was the bathroom towels and the gym was too hot. These were no dealbreakers, but could easily be improved.
