What's good: 1. Stunning scenery 2. Food was pretty nice, especially dinners 3. Private terrace with a hot tub and a hammock 4. See-through roof in a bedroom
What can be improved: 1. Rooms need renovation: holes in a dome are carelessly patched up with some tape, more tape on ACs (didn't even get why, they looked pretty new), swollen flooring here and there. That's definitely not what you expect paying over $300 a night 2. No door dividing restroom and the living space 3. No wifi in the rooms

Amazing location. We were not lucky as it rained so we were not able to see the stars from the roof.
Dinner was okish, but they only served you water which was perfectly fine, when i asked for tea at the end of the meal , it was served with a small cup in a tea bag and I got charged for it . I found it supercheap in a 5 star hotel to be charged for a small tea in a tea bag that looks like it's from the cheapest supermarket. When I asked to speak with the manager in the morning (around 9am) I got told that the manager was sleeping and there was no way I could speak before my departure. I know it's small things but the small things make the difference. Moreover, a Manager should always be available

The staff is amazing! Very helpful and kind. :) location and Jacuzzi experience is simply otherworldly
The rooms are worned out and its design is somewhat from 80s and need some polish up.

The bubble was well air-conditioned and clean . Beds were comfortable and no extra noise etc . We read some reviews and were worried but it was nothing like that. The jacuzzi was nice and warm ,perfect to end the day. The dinner selection was extensive and the food was tasty.the breakfast was also very nice with a lot of options. Plenty of vegetarian options also. The shower in the bubble was also good , of course it's small but given the fact that they are in the middle of rum it was very good and comfortable .
Honestly there was nothing, it was a very good stay.

Fantastic stay - really well looked after - fabulous facilities and great location. Definitely made the right choice choosing this hotel/camp over the vast choice. The weather contrived to unhinge our stay so Ziad on reception played a blinder by suggesting that we postpone our afternoon 3 hour 4x4 tour until 6am, but retain just the sunset element. This worked perfectly as the wind had dropped for the latter and the morning was calm and clear so we got to benefit from both iconic times of day. Great initiative. Our Bedouin guide, Shami was first class - friendly, very respectful, drove brilliantly and obviously knew the best places to take us. All up this was a 5-star experience, thank you.

This is definitely a great experience to do and check off your bucket list. The whole camp has a great feel to it and it was exactly what we were expecting for a "glamping" experience. The staff were all extremely sweet and helpful. The room was pretty clean, we could notice a few spots where you can see the wear and tear but again, expected when you are in the middle of the desert! I think it's important to remember that when you are here, and really magical for it. The food was pretty good and the view at night was really special from inside the bubble. Overall, I would recommend if you're willing/able to spend the money and want to try it once.
The water in the jacuzzi didn't look the cleanest (it was clear but we noticed floating particles throughout). While we understand that we are, again, in the middle of the desert, the floating particles didn't look like sand. I couldn't help but think that maybe it was skin or other particles from prior visitors which kind of grossed us out and took away from the experience (we didn't stay in it for long) so a bit disappointing as this was a huge reason why we were willing to shell out the money for this bubble. Overall, the whole thing is pretty pricy which makes sense but at least it would have been nice to see that money going to keeping things like this clean.

The rooms themselves are wonderful. The bubble being clear in the living room and bedroom to see the views at night and the stars was just breathtaking. The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinner are included and always had a wide variety. The deck with the hammock and hottub really take this place above the other available accommodations. It adds an extra layer of luxury. We did the stargazing experience through the hotel and it was so amazing. The sky in Wadi Rum is so clear, and getting to see different planets and stars with a professional explaining it all was an experience we won't forget, and you get a picture at the end with the night sky in the background! Highly recommend this hotel, it's a bit on the expensive side, but it's an experience that's well worth it.
Would have loved a shelf or something in the shower so I didn't have to put all my toiletries on the floor. And the only other suggestion I have is allowing for room service. With the price you're paying for these rooms, having the ability to eat a meal on your deck would make the experience a bit more luxurious. Having to eat all your meals in the common room was perfectly fine, but giving the option to eat at your bubble would have made the experience even more amazing.

his experience was absolutely unforgettable and far exceeded our expectations. Every moment was thoughtfully curated, making it one of the highlights of our trip. A special shoutout to Ziad—his warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. He went above and beyond, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. His impeccable service truly elevated the experience. Thank you to Luxotel and the entire team for their dedication and hospitality. Your efforts made this an extraordinary stay, and I can’t wait to come back!

We travelled from London to Jordan for 3 nights, flying into Amman and returning from Aqaba. As our flight arrived in the very early hours of the morning we checked into a hotel close to Amman airport before transferring to Petra for the day and finally onto Wadi Rum for 2 nights. We stayed at the Bubble Luxotel which by all accounts was a fantastic choice albeit being very expensive in comparison to the other bubble camps available in Wadi Rum. The views were stunning and the added touch of the hot tub truly made it a memorable experience. All the staff were very friendly and made an effort to speak to you which I really liked. Yassar, the head chef was present throughout meal times and the fact he remembered my name every time I saw him made it that bit more special. The WiFi was surprisingly great everywhere in the camp and we didn’t experience any interruptions throughout our stay. The activities through the hotel can be expensive so we found our own private driver who picked us up from Amman, arranged a private guide in Petra, dropped us to the camp and returned the following day to take us on a magical 3 hour Jeep safari around Wadi Rum. He also went out of his way at 2am in the morning to help us re-arrange our flights as they were cancelled with the political unrest in neighbouring countries and that alone was priceless. I can’t thank Yahea enough for his help and arranging amazing tours and would highly recommend him to anyone travelling to Jordan. His contact no. if it is of any help to others is +962 7 7776 9917 Don’t be put off with visiting this amazing country as the people are amazing and doesn’t have any trouble from unrest in the rest of the region.
The cost of the stay was exceptionally high in comparison to the rest of the camps in Wadi Rum. During the summer months the temperature can be unbearable and the hot tub was great. Only issue was it lacked a canopy of some sort to keep the sun off your head. We improvised and used the hot tub cover to make a makeshift canopy which was ingenious! Also, as we decided to stay at the camp in the afternoon the lunch menu wasn’t great and no snacks available to purchase either. Would recommend bringing your own supplies just in case you get peckish.

the location, the food and structure.
the restroom was extremely small and there was no lighting in the restroom/bathroom. there were lots of sands on the ground when we got the room.
