The location is great and has an amazing view. The view from the bubble is also wonderful. The room is fairly clean. Dinner was amazing, and we saw the traditional earth-oven meat cooking. The staff are friendly and helpful.
We stayed during the cold season, so it was cold at night, and the blanket was so small that it only covered half of our body. I expected the three-hour jeep tour to include some history and the main attractions in the desert, but it mainly took us to the desert and stopped at a few points. We got in and out of the jeep and figured everything out by ourselves. Except for the view, the room is basic. No wi-fi in the room, only in the reception. However, it's enough for a 1-night stay.

Isolated, riding on the back of the truck to the location Bedouin style, perfect view of sunrise from the tent, food selection was great, sunset tour, helpful staff
The room was not properly checked during cleaning as there were rubbish (food wrappers) left in the drawers from previous stay.

We stayed for one night at the camp. The parking area is located at Camp 1, which is perfect, easily accessible with a regular (non-4x4) car and right next to both the historic train stop and the hot air balloon launch site. We had booked a stay at Camp 2, which is much more scenic than Camp 1, as it's set on a hill away from other camps and faces the sunrise over the endless desert. Initially, we were told that due to low attendance caused by the nearby ongoing war, it wouldn't be possible to stay at Camp 2, which was empty. However, by booking a private 3 hour desert tour —which turned out to be spectacular— we were able to be taken to Camp 2 and stay there all alone, in a front-row room! (For safety, a staff member stayed with us at the Camp 2 reception throughout the night, so we were not stranded in the desert). Whenever needed, we were promptly driven back to Camp 1 for dinner and for breakfast/check-out. It was a breathtaking experience, and we sincerely thank all the camp staff. Highly recommended! It will remain an unforgettable memory

We had originally booked another of their camps which was a little more into the interior, but since they didn't have many bookings there we got shifted to their main site which is just off the road into Wadi Rum. And boy, were we thankful! This was a much bigger camp, with a lot more activities and many, many spaces for lounging and a really big meal area. We met Hassan himself during the check-in and he was a very quiet person but very efficient and let us know all the details needed. They included dinner in our plan (breakfast was already complementary) and their spread was just A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. We loved all of their dishes and were so full each time! They had a large range of salads and there were always two or more curry-type dishes (however, we didn't see the other western tourists enjoying as much. So if you're not really a foodie nor relish exotic arabian flavors, do reach out to Hassan or his team and they will make the arrangements for you). But the best part was our Martian tent which was all the way in the corner of the camp from which we had a view of the large desert in front of us and an excellent dune slope just behind. The tent was very spacious and well equipped, save for a few things. We even took a stargazing short trip (20 JD per person, worth it despite the local clouds, coz we could see Saturn with its rings and the whorls on Jupiter). Sunset trip was good too. Train trip was really fun. The next night we indulged in a little folk dance (the other tourists were just sad coz they didn't join in, but I think during the weekends it may be more lively coz of more locals). You can have sheesha for a small charge after dinner. Many of the reviews complain about the AC during the day... but we went at the end of October so it was quite pleasant during the day, plus the shadow of the rock behind our tent meant that it didn't heat up in the morning... so we needed the AC for only about a couple of hours during the afternoon.
The bathrooms and bath amenities are a little less maintained - the shower area has only a direct shower (no tap+shower head combination) and yet they didn't provide showercaps. The towels do not seem to be thoroughly washed. In the bedroom, the AC had a slight mechanical problem with its swing. We made a temporary fix by connecting a thread and that seemed to work well. But we didn't really complain as everything else was ok. Though the tents aren't quality-wise as luxurious as one may believe from the photos, they do a really good job considering the lack of other infrastructure in this area. And we felt it was really ok for the price and the experiences we had.

The tent and the experience exceeded my expectations. The tent is spacious, and the bed is very comfy. There is a small refrigerator inside. The bathroom was small but clean. They serve fantastic dinners using traditional methods. They only have a few staff members who do everything from cooking to cleaning to serving tea and arranging transport. Overall, the view from the tents was very breathtaking. I also love the jeep tours and camel tours. They arrange everything from you.
No one is fluent in English, so we need to make extra effort when arranging transport, asking for amenities, or checking payments. But online translator apps will help. And have good faith that they understand you.

Hasan Zawaideh Luxury Camp could be the best camp at Wadi Rum. They provide absolutely the best service you could ask for at Wadi Rum. We stayed at the main camp as there were many tents available. The dinner spread and breakfast buffet spread were plenty and delicious. Several options for vegetarian/vegan and it was authentic Jordanian cuisine. We stayed in the Martian tent and the facilities within the tent were splendid... the experience is surreal, and we wish we had stayed one more night. They also helped arrange for a 6 hour guided tour of Wadi Rum along with lunch in the desert in a private Jeep for 80 JOD. There are other tours of 2,4 hours as well.
We found ourselves in a battlefield of mosquitoes in the room in the night. The mosquitoes sucked more blood out of our body than the water which the desert sucked out of us !

Incredible location.Had 2 Martian tents for our family. Glad that we choose the Luxury camp 2 as it was a bit further away and not so many people as the main camp.Felt more authentic. Waking up, the view was totally out of this world. The staff were very friendly and the food was really delicious. Would definitely go again..
Bathrooms were a bit smelly upon arrival, needed airing..

All about this property. But you must take a jeep from the main hasan zawaideh and it free service from hasan zawaideh. Im really happy stay at this place. Very nice. You can see sunrise and stargazing from the place. The food also very good. The Best is Dinner has a chicken and lamb that have been cooked 3 hour in the sand. And breakfast are good also.

The staff is excellent, the owner Hassan is a great host and the room is spacious. The camp location is amazing. The food is very good. We took a jeep tour in the desert and it was amazing. The young driver Abdullah was also cute and experienced despite his young age. We had a great time.
Everything was perfect

An extraordinary experience - I felt like I was waking up on Mars, that's the perfect way to describe my stay at Hasan Zawaideh Luxury Camp 2 in Wadi Rum. From the moment I stepped into the Martian tents, I was in awe of the breathtaking views of the open desert. Not to mention, the camp is still very isolated, making it all the more peaceful and beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the evening was complete with dancing to Arabic music. The room itself was much more spacious than I imagined, complete with a private bathroom and amenities such as AC/Heat, a blow dryer, a seating area and a personal balcony. Watching both the sunset and sunrise from my bed was a truly magical experience. If you're planning a trip to Wadi Rum, I highly recommend visiting Hasan Zawaideh Luxury Camp 2. The food was amazing, the staff was great and the experience is one I will never forget.
Nothing! I loved every part of my experience
