Had a great stay at this hotel. Room was comfortable enough although could do with an upgrade. Staff were absolutely amazing. Fantastic breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant one night of our stay and wasn’t impressed with the food however, we ate in the lounge bar and the food was delicious. The pool was big enough but the floor of the pool could do with a new coat of paint as it looked like there was moss on the bottom. Local bus travel was good too. Overall we had a good time hotel just needs a few improvements

Pool needs a refurb, the buffet food in restaurant for dinner let it down as you could get better food in the lounge bar from the same kitchen.

The staff were excellent, smiley and very welcoming always checking if we were OK, very well informed of the location and local amenities. The hotel is emmaculate, crispy bed linen and towels, enough pillows and room well ventilated. Daily stocking of essentials made our stay most enjoyable. the pool area is excellent, we stayed for 2 hours. The food was exceptional, you will only need snacks and water for lunch after breakfast. Meals are top-notch, 1st night, restaurant was closed and we had a meal from the bar, babarcue wings, chips and fresh salad topped with live music.

Nothing, everything exceeded our expectations.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Good selection. Enjoyed the pool. Plenty of quiet areas to sit inside and out should you wish to. Entertainment also if you wanted it.

Having to leave at the end of our trip! Lots of stairs to negotiate. This didn't bother either myself or my friend but if you had reduced mobility then could be a difficulty. Best to check for rooms not requiring stairs to access.

cleanliness was brilliant. staff were superb. nothing too much trouble. Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. Food was also very good.

Too many stairs for a 68 year old with arthritis and a 70 year old with spine problems. We intend to return but will ask for a ground floor room or one that has easy access to a lift. It would have been helpful when booking to know more about the layout.

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and rooms were checked with necessities replenished each day. Te pool was well kept and a lovely extra. The breakfast buffet was brilliant. A great family atmosphere, the high hair was always put out for us and there was plenty of choice.

There are lots of stairs which made it cry difficult to come in and out of he boring with a baby. Children who can walk/toddle would be fine but it was a it to juggle with a little one. The travel cot needed to have a mattress and did not meet safe sleep standards for a baby but it was evident he the hotel staff had definitely tried their best and I appreciate that.

Absolutely fantastic staff. They were so kind to our baby, especially at meal times. The breakfast and evening meals were very good. Some food highlights from our stay were the smoked mackerel starter, confit duck main and waffle with forest fruits dessert.

There was some traffic noise from the street from our room, but it seemed to not go on too late.

Breakfast was fantastic. Evening a la carte was very nice. I have a food allergy and this was not a problem. All Food we had was excellent and hot. 10/10. Room was very nice, bed extremely comfortable. Good shower. Couldn’t fault it. Lots of stairs, but the information makes you aware of this before booking. In a fantastic location, 2 bus stops locally, one right outside hotel. Buses run very regularly. Staff were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Bed was very comfortable, providing a great sleep. The breakfast was very tasty and very varied with all tastes catered for. The staff were brilliant, every single one was very friendly and helpful.

The room was tired, other than painting, the room looked as if it hadn't been wallpapered since the seventies. The bathroom looked similar, the walls were forming, again it looked very dated. The location was a little far out, given the cost

Every member of staff was lovely and friendly and could not have done more. Treated our little girl like a princess. Great location could walk in to st Helier in around 20 mins. Free parking and secure too. Lovely swimming pool and room was spacious with a huge bed. Breakfast was fab and when ordering from bar menu food was really tasty. Thanks so much for great stay.

Nothing honestly thought value for money

Staff were exceptional, so polite nothing to much trouble. Room was cleaned every day. Good position to walk or bus to St Helier Centre.

room is to hot and needs fans or air con . needed ear plugs at night as floor boards room above cracking a lot when walked on.
