The location is perfect for me and the rooms are spacious.

I found the bed too hard. It is unfortunate that the hotel did not have foam mattress overlays to offer guests who prefer a softer bed. This hotel used to have the absolute best French toast on their a la carte breakfast menu, and it is gone now. Please bring it back!

The hotel is generally very nice, and the location is excellent for me.

I found the bed much too hard. I know that is a personal preference and it shouldn’t reflect negatively on the hotel. I wish the hotel had foam mattress overlays for guests who can’t tolerate a very hard bed.

The facilities were very clean and I was in thenKing size room and bed was very comfortable and room cleaning exceptional. All room amenities very satisfactory and sustainable. TV :large but not too large a screen. Great to see water filter (as I'm from abroad and worried I would not take to water..it's happened before) Breakfast buffet was varied and high standard Hotel team were very welcoming and polite

Did not matter too much as I was on short stay and I did not call hotel team to the attention of issue as happened day before I checked out:could not switch on all the room lights ...not sure if a fuse had gone or lights tripped.Did not take away too much from room.lighting and ambience

The location is superb if you need to go to CUHK, as it is right by it. There is an MTR station that brings you to MongKok east in 15 mins and to Hong Kong Island in around 25. The gym is very well equipped and the rooms are massive. If you are lucky, you will have astonishing views to the bay.

While my first three visits to this hotel had been just perfect, the last one started in a quite chaotic manner. First, they gave me a room with the bathtub attached to the shower, which is not nice at all. After requesting a room change, I was given one with a terrible snooze, so I returned to the original one ... whose A/C broke on the next day. On the third day I was moved to another room which was fine, but lots of sunlight would penetrate the blinds on early mornings, which did not happen in my previous visits.

The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi speed was good and I didn't have any problem.

The location is not easily accessible from the airport via public transportation without multiple transfers, either by changing metro lines or using both bus and metro. For example, if you take the metro, you need to change lines three times. Additionally, the property requires a 5000 HKD deposit, which I was unaware of before check-in.

Executive Floor accommodation allowed us access to breakfast and cocktails at the Lounge. While this is standard offering in other hotels, it made our stay extra special since the hotel is far-off from many HK hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui and Hong Kong Island. So the Lounge access made our stay very pleasurable and hassle-free. Also, the taxi drive from the airport to the hotel is a very welcome surprise. What would have taken us a longer travel by train or bus, only took us around 35minutes by taxi due to the access road available from HKIA to Hyatt Shatin.

I’ve stayed here many times, and this visit was just as pleasant as always. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are consistently clean. I really appreciate the location—it's outside the crowded areas, which makes it peaceful and relaxing. However, there are a couple of things to note. The check-in process could be improved, as there are usually only two or three staff handling check-ins, which often leads to long queues. Additionally, rooms of the same type can have different layouts and sizes, so the experience might vary depending on the room you’re assigned. Despite these minor issues, I’ll definitely come back again!

Room facility is nice and comfortable

No enough choice for meal if stay over 3 nights...

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The rooms, staff service, and facilities were always good. However, this time I was very disappointed. It started with the reservation. I sent a message to the hotel to reserve a table at the restaurant a week before my arrival, but I received no response. Eventually, I had to call them from overseas the day before I arrived to make the reservation myself. Luckily, I was able to secure a table, but I couldn’t preorder their signature dish. Fortunately, the front desk staff helped arrange this for me, but I still found their communication to be inefficient. Regarding the room, I have stayed here many times and always booked the same room category. However, this time the room was very small—about half the size of the usual room—yet I still paid a similar price. Since I was only staying for two nights, I didn’t request a room change. Lastly, the shower didn’t drain properly after use, leaving a pool of water in the shower area. This issue needs to be fixed.
