Location is great because it's near a train station and different bus stops. Since we took a late evening flight, the bus stopped right in front of the hotel because there is a bus stop there. There are also nearby food places that opens as early as 7AM. There's a 7-Eleven just outside, or vending machines inside the property. Good and clean surroundings outside, very quiet area. The airport is 30-40mins away via A32 bus. Central and Causeway Bay areas are 45-60mins away via Tsuen Wan Line then Island Line. Then Jordan, TST, Nathan Road areas are 30mins away via Tsuen Wan Line.

Room is large and clean enough. Quiet. Water station at every level. 10 minutes walk to metro station and a community centre. A bargain compared to how expensive downtown hotels are, and it actually doesn't take that long to get around by metro.

Nothing to complain

Location is very near many family friendly malls with free playgrounds and is walking distance to MTR station. Family friendly hotel with a Kids Zone. Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and well kept.

There are hardly any English channels on the TV. The extra blankets I requested for my kids were not a great quality and was shedding all over the sofa bed and our clothes, which is not great for my kid with sensitive nose. The gym is also not very well equipped but ok for short stays.

My stay was a little unique as I was working at a school nearby for a month, so location and price was perfect for me. Everyone I encountered aside from one receptionist who looked like he hadn’t slept in a week was courteous and professional. The room wasn’t massive but it had a good shower and cleaning staff were very good about cleaning room soon after I clicked make-up room button. The bed was a bit hard and the room a little dark so not sure I would stay again for a long period for that reason, but for short term stay I think it’s fine. The main reason you shouldn’t stay here is that if you are planning on using Mtr to get around it’s an 8-minute walk along a freeway and they’re doing construction along the footpath circa early April 2025 so now it’s narrow and noisy. Saying that, the shuttle bus to kwuntong is an alternative but the one time I took it, it felt like forever getting to the mall as there are so many stoplights along the way. You can get a taxi easily enough too. Finally, room service was okay, a bit overpriced but delivered to your door. Not a lot of options super close but if you don’t mind walking ten minutes there are places you can go. There is a 7-11 downstairs too thankfully.

Nice, I like it, fast and careful service.I remember we ask a for an iron and a few minutes later a lady brought it to us with the board, I don't remember her name, but I.do one of them: Sally ( Cleaning Department) She gently knocked on the door, ask us to let her clean the bathroom and change the towels and sheets, which we agreed to , She left everything spotless, clean and in order, thank you very much Sally and all the hotel staff. Serious work attitude, very friendy with costumer, we will return soon: Fernando , Ivan and Rosalina

breakfast has limited supply of both Chinese variety and western variety of food. Room was spacious for the price of the daily rate charged. Location of the hotel is situated in the middle of the offices/service factories. Its location is like marmite - I like it as the area has a bland of old hong kong with little local food shops/restaurants and relatively quiet. Some people may feel the hotel is too remote from the urban area as the nearest MTR station is upto 10 minutes walk along the Castle Peak road with fast traffic and pollution. The lunch at the hotel restaurant on the deparure was particularly enjoyable as the restaurant had a special offer of HKD98 each for an unlimited dimsum order.

Be aware that the walk to the MTR station can be unpleasant as the walk along the Castle Peak road was noisy and polluted with passing fast traffic.

Loved the free shuttle bus service; we found it convenient since the hotel is around a 10-minute walk from the nearest MTR station (Tai Wo Hau). It runs every 30 minutes from 8am to 7 or 8pm (I can't remember), two ways (hotel and Metroplaza/Kwai Fong MTR). Note that advance reservation is required for the shuttle bus. We found the hotel room to be pretty spacious, especially given that hotel rooms in Hong Kong tend to be squeezy,

Would be good if the shuttle bus service runs a little later. We also didn't get the chance to use the swimming pool as it was still closed for winter :(

The room, although compact, was particularly bright and comfortable. The large shower, a delight. The shuttle bus service directly to an MTR station and shopping mall was of great convenience. Ms. Cherry, the restaurant supervisor, demonstrated excellent customer service skills in English during our stay, which was most helpful.

There is no pedestrian bridge over the busy road directly opposite the hotel, no traffic lights, nor pedestrian access across the road. In fact, if one alights at the bus stop across from the hotel, it is impossible to cross the road due to high fencing. This means a one kilometre walk or more in either direction just to cross the road. Suggestion: take airport bus A32 to the final stop, the terminus. Use cellular GPS to navigate a 10 minute downhill walk to the hotel. If you have heavy luggage and if it’s raining, take a taxi from the airport.

Room was great - at the end of the corridor and facing a road and some parks - much nice view than staring at nearby buildings. I grew up in HK so I know that affordable hotels often mean tiny rooms. This room was good enough for us. It was clean and had a fridge, TV, kettle, hair dryer - all the things you'd expect, and free wifi. The bathroom was a good size with a big walk in shower. It was quiet and useful to have a 7eleven just outside the hotel entrance. Still, we could have used the free shuttle bus so that's a great thing for them to offer. Taxis were easily available too and the walk to the bus stations was easy. Cleaning staff and those by the front door were friendly.

The main location downside was that the MTR (railway) was quite a walk and on the other side of a main road so you had to walk to a road bridge, over that and down the other side. It looks a lot closer to the MTR than it feels to walk it - no probem most of the time but when we were out late or had baggage, it was a challenge. Check in was ok but the guy wasn't very friendly. I had booked and was due to pay upon arrival. He barely spoke to me and then thrust this paper under my face and said pay by card. I felt pressured not to review the costs - I had booked this many months ago so just wanted to refresh my memory. He wasn't rude - just not very welcoming.

Value for money is good, and it’s relatively quiet compared to other hotels. There’s a nice Cha Chaan Teng near there, so we could walk there within five minutes. Staff are friendly and responsive. MTR is not far.

Pillows could be more comfortable:)
