Lots of positives. Clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and access the keys. Lockbox was convenient. Central location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, without being too busy or noisy at night, and the apartment was well-situated for connections to public transport, including local transport and the St Charles train station. It was spacious, clean and modern, and had all the items we needed, including kitchen equipment basics and some coffee pods. As the apartment was on the top floor, there wasn't any noise from above, and I didn't hear any other guests. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Air conditioning worked well and was appreciated!

We hadn't realised that the two bedrooms weren't fully separate. One is in a sunken area, down a few steps from the living room, and the other is on a mezzanine, with a partial glass wall on one side, and a curtain on that wall. As it was just two of us, we could work around it and it didn't cause too much of a problem. A curtain for the downstairs bedroom might provide a bit more privacy and make it slightly less likely that the first person awake wakes up the others. I would still stay here again with a friend - the location, in particular, is excellent.

I had a wonderful stay at ADIRA Résid'Marseille! The apartment was clean, stylish, and very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the living area was super cozy—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was a huge plus—just a short walk from the port, which made it easy to explore the area, find great restaurants, and enjoy the local atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, from the comfortable furniture to the modern lighting and little details like fresh towels and a good coffee setup. I'd definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Marseille!

Comfort, cleanliness, well decorated, with a very useful elevator (not easy to find in the buildings around) and perfectly located near everything around Vieux Port.

Missing ventilation. A small window can be created to open up (vertically) in one of the big window panels. Laundry detergents could be provided.... We had to buy everything for a one-off use along with soap.

Location is perfect, It is in the centra of old town. Good maintained and staffs are friendly, they answer the calls and communication smoothly. The Nespresso coffee machine in the room Is nice.

If you arrive earlier than the check in time and you want to store your luggages there, it cost €7 for a single cabinet locker.

It was clean, spacious, very complete, and perfectly located for a Marseille city tour. The apartment was very well thought out, super comfy, and everything was there.

We brought towels because on booking.com it said that we would have to pay for towels, but I think they were included. Clarity would have been handy :) We were supposed to throw the trash away, but it was unclear where. But that is truly nitpicking.

The location was great. It was small but had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and hot water for shower was great.

I don’t really have any complaints other than there was a party on my floor that kept me awake even at 4 am they were still making noise 🙁

Prime Location and the apartment was super clean and comfortable. I loved my Stay at the apartment was tidy, clean and has all what I needed.

I wish the owner sent the messages for key collection in English or communication in English.

There was a bad smell on the ground floor entrance but the weather was very hot when we were there. The smell disappeared as you went up the stairs to the 2nd floor apt

My booking full details were not properly provided,but got sorted during 1 hour,make sure you send full information with all steps not just 1 code. Bit frusyrated that you had to take out your bin beforeleaving the appartment.
