I likes the size of the rooms, cleanliness of facilities, and curfew rules.

I didn't like the location. Only because the nearest Bus stop to the pembroke Location was 1.2kms away. Wasn't ideal to walk to in the cairns heat.

Kitchen area smelled a bit since windows are never opened for natural air flow, a bit far from city for short stay

The sink was full of dishes etc on the drying rack. There 6days not once were the put away . Probably doesn't worry everyone but in a communal area you should take responsibility and leave it empty

Friendly staff, nice & clean, good aircon/ fan, good fridge/ freezer space available.

Recommend parking across & up the street a bit of there is rain, in front of the accomodation the water gets a little deep.

Lack of information regarding instruction regarding what to do with the key card at the end of your stay. The $200 deposit was not mentioned when booking with booking.com.

Bed wasn't comfortable! Pillows too soft! Usually get a choice of pillows. Only 2 soft ones!

Nothing, except a nice hot warm spa hot tub would have been nicer and more superior therei in the backyard somewhere
