A Truly Heartwarming Experience – More Than Just a Stay! Our family from Iran had the most wonderful experience staying at this apartment. From the moment they arrived, they felt not like guests, but like part of a family. There was a kind-hearted lady who looked after them with so much care and genuine warmth — her kindness truly touched their hearts. The owner of the hotel also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always attentive and welcoming. What made this stay so special were the people. Such beautiful souls, full of kindness and generosity. It’s rare to find a place where you feel this much love and sincerity. Every moment was filled with positivity, and it created memories our family will cherish forever. This is not just a place to stay — it’s a place where you feel embraced, valued, and cared for. We are deeply grateful for the hospitality and love that was shown to our family. Without a doubt, we will return, and we wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking not just for a place to sleep, but for an experience that touches the soul. The landlord was very supportive; in fact when the first part of our party got dropped by a taxi in a wrong location, he picked them up! The apartments have a good amount of space, all the necessary facilities, and are generally rather nice. The bigger apartment (3 bed) fits a LOT of people - apart from the three small bedrooms that have doors, there are two more full beds in the common space of the apartment, which may not be apparent from photos.

There was a level of noise in the day, starting rather early, which is natural in a city centre location. As this was in the summer we had to keep some windows open, so we don't know how well the windows could block the noise. There is only one air conditioner, it is in the common space. Be aware that there are a few stairs that one has to walk to access the apartments. This was not much of an issue for us but can be a deal-breaker for some people.

Tatev Apartments is like a home. It's complete with all the amenities you need in a room (bed, toilet, kitchen, microwave, closet). Only the bed sheet should be changed with a thicker one. I even fixed my comforter (which was ready on the closet). Location wise, it's beside American University of Armenia, and just make a walk downstreet, you will find the store. There's a 24-hour GrillAM Store where I bought the grilled chicken. The receptionist - Mr. Goqor - is very polite and assisted up to the last minute of my stay (I checked-out @ 1am and he patiently made sure that I will be picked-up by the driver to the airport. Just the bed sheet. It can be changed for a thicker one. Also, clear instruction on the location of the light switch of the toilet and closet, as I initially struggle to look for it, only to find out that switch is at the back of the door of the toilet.

It's a very spacious apartment. We got plenty of room to ourselves, which was very nice. Kitchen was well equipped. I was surprised by the fact that I could pay by card for the stay! The place was located near that underground station hence the city centre can be easily reached. On foot the cascades can be reached within 15 minutes. There is a 24-hour convenience shop nearby as well. There was a superb view of Ararat from the balcony.

I could smell cigarettes inside the apartment. Smoking should not be allowed in the premises. Very weak Wi-Fi range, Internet was not available in all rooms.

Great location! The flat is very close to the Cascades and a metro station. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the appliances worked well. Great value.

There was a strong sewage smell from the toilet and shower. The shower was also difficult to use. It was tedious to make it neither scalding nor freezing. And even once it was warm, the heat often went away for a bit and came back scalding.

Customer service they were answering any questions very fast always there

Blankets were dirty, the floor was dirty, and there were many insects in the apartment. Also, the bed wasn't comfy

Very big apartment perfect for a group ! Really nice people and the location of the apartment is just perfect.

When you are several the water for the shower is becoming quickly cold but it is useful to wake you up !

The owners are very very nice! They were very cooperative with us! Their welcome was very nice! The apartment was very clean to the point that we thought we were the first ones to live there😀 Also before we left, they gave us a gift!

The location of the property is just in the city where it is accessible for transportation, shops and restaurant. The place is quiet and safe.

The language barrier made it difficult to communicate but still the owner of the property manage to deal with us properly and answers to our requests/needs.

The location of the hotel was fabulous , it was a very spacious apartment (2bhk) , The apartment was beyond our expectation and also the staff was very friendly and helped us in always , overall a 10/10
