Place is very neat and clean and it looks new. It’s near the center. Restaurants and other spots are just walking distance.

Very less choices for breakfast of only boiled eggs, croissant, cereals, bread and sausage with tea and cofee. Very small bathroom with no trashbin and no tissue. We asked for them and they provided only one roll of tissue and said to just take the bin from the room to use in the washroom.

I recently stayed at Arami Hotel in Yerevan, and it was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk to top attractions and nestled in a great area with excellent restaurants, bars, a grocery store, and a small park nearby. From our arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and seamless check-in by the attentive front desk staff. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with perfect Wi-Fi. The standout feature was the exceptional service. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. Overall, Arami Hotel exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Yerevan. Thank you, Arami Hotel, for a special visit—I can’t wait to return!

We booked this hotel only for 1 night stay as we had a stopover in Yerevan from another country. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was located in the center of the city close to all shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarket, attractions. The neighbourhood was very safe. But what made us a very positive impression was the attentive care of the receptionist, named Diana. She was very kind and helpful during our stay there and after we checked out. She allowed us to keep our bags there till evening time, was positive to anything we asked her, and after we returned we where searching by ourselves at the last minute through the yandex application to find a taxi to go to the airport. But as it was a peak time it was impossible. No taxi was replying to my inquiry, and all the taxis passing from our street where all already reserved. Diana assisted us to find a taxi, and even came outside in the cold to check on us whether we found one. She genuinely showed care to us and went above and beyond to ensure we are settled. Thank you very much Diana! You are awesome!

Everything was brand new, which was nice. Squeaky clean, quiet, friendly staff, very central.

The bedsheets were too small for the bed, literally didn’t reach over the sides of the mattress, and were laid out directly on the mattress with no sheet under (which also seems unhygienic), thus sliding off uncomfortably all night. When I informed the very inexperienced (but very kind) young staff, they told me this would be fixed, but it never was. So it seems that this brand new hotel still hasn’t figured out how to offer some obligatory basics, which is kind of irritating given the price of the rooms and that everything else worked fine. I had to ask for a duvet too, there was just a thin sheet when I arrived.

I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was absolutely perfect—nestled in a vibrant area with plenty of things to do within walking distance. Whether it was exploring local attractions, enjoying delicious meals at nearby restaurants, or simply taking in the sights, everything was right at my doorstep. The hotel’s proximity to public transportation made it incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring further. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. The team was not only friendly and professional but also genuinely went out of their way to ensure my comfort. Whether it was offering personalized recommendations for things to do in the area or ensuring I had everything I needed in my room, their attention to detail was remarkable. It's rare to find such a dedicated and attentive team, and they truly made my experience unforgettable. If you're looking for a place to stay where both the location and the service exceed expectations, this hotel is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning next time I'm in town!

The hotel staff are very accommodating and very informative. Special mention to Deanne who is so friendly, she even recommended a tour service in which I booked for 3 consecutive days. Ellaine was a bit quiet but really kind too. There was this guy also who was on night shift, I wasn't able to get his name because usually his shift starts when I was asleep already. On our last night, we were so tired that we forgot to lock our door, my 3-year old son was able to go out of the room at 2:30AM and his grandma found him in the reception being watched by the night shift guy. Thanks to all the kind staff who took care of us. we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

The breakfast was limited but OK. There were breads, jam, cold cuts, cereals, boiled eggs, fresh fruits and yoghurts. There's juice and coffee too. Everyday. The rooms weren't sound-proof so you usually hear people talking from outside or from the other room. We felt sorry to other guests coz there was a night when my son cried too loud. whoever you are who knocked our wall, sorry....

The biggest plus is the location, close to the biggest attractions, many of them within walking distance. Grocery stores are also nearby. Interesting cafes and restaurants are also within walking distance, some not even 100 meters. Friendly staff, who are at the reception 24/7.

One of the rooms is located right next to the entrance and reception. The door is not insulated enough to prevent you from hearing noises and conversations. This will probably be the biggest problem in the summer, when people are returning from parties at night. Earplugs might help. The other rooms should not have this problem.

What I like about the hotel: it is clean and tidy, very close to the center, close to restaurants, coffees, supermarkets, walking distance from republic square and cascade. Nice and approachable staffs. You can use also their kitchen for cooking or heating foods.

What I didn’t like about the hotel are: there’s no full body mirror inside the room, I need to go out in my room and went to the hallway(there’s a mirror in the hallway), room close to my room are noisy (room 1 I think), I can hear her talking loudly. I can also hear other room banging their doors.

My first time going to Yerevan and this was the first hotel I saw on booking.com . Very affordable, very comfortable, very near to tourists places like Opera Ballet and Cascade. There is a supermarket nearby surroundings by restaurants, this is very comfortable room for a solo traveller like me. The staff was very helpful, and kind (usually the staff in small homestay/hotel is rude because they probably don’t know basic attitude in hospitality) but you will Not find any rude staff here in Arami Hotel!!.. I’ll definitely come back if I have a chance to go to Yerevan!

I came during winter is like 7-10°C outside, the room is very warm. I don’t why somehow I cannot turn off the heater, and also I try to turn on the AC but is not cooling. ended up I am sweating, but it is not a big deal at all.

The location is really good, a short walk from the bus stops from the airport, and not far to everything in the centre of town. It's very easy to find. It's also a 7 minute walk from a good laundromat. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was not large, but it was comfortable and had everything I needed. The WiFi was good. It was clean and warm. I highly recommend the hotel. Good value for money.
