We loved everything about Orbeli hotel, the hotel looks new which they paint and refresh every year. Our room was really spacious with king bed, sofabed and Balcony. The Mountain View from the room was amazing. Staff was very helpful and supportive and speak English. Many thanks to Anahit the manager and Rubin from reception who helped us a lot to plan our day visits. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day. The room has mini kitchen with microwave with utensils, plates and coffee and tea. Breakfast buffet is good and with variety of items. Hotel location is not in city center and we intentionally chose this hotel as all city center hotels are old and with really bad reviews. Area around Orbeli has everything you need supermarket, pharmacy, café and restaurants . Metro is 8 min walk and republic square is 3 stops away. The hotel has parking space in front. Never hesitate to book at Orbeli hotel if you want and excellent hotel stay and enjoy Yerevan

The room is very cute, clean, and well stocked. The staff were very kind and helpful. They even let us check in early and they helped us to make a restaurant reservation since we didn’t have a way to call. The breakfast was average, but could use more vegetarian options. The balcony was tiny and the view was not as nice as the ones shown here. The location is a bit far from the city a 20 to 30 minute walk. Our taxis always seem to miss the hotel as well since the hotel is located on a corner of a busy road. It is definitely a comfortable place to stay, but maybe not the best location for tourists as it is far from all of the main attractions.

It was modern design Super clean Breakfast was excellent - a variety of selections - super fresh. Laundry charged per kg which is awesome! The front desk people - nothing was a problem and they were super helpful. The view of Mount Ararat is superb from the suite. Housekeeping ladies did an excellent job making up the room. Stayed for 5 nights and would happily stay longer. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

At times, water in the shower flocculated in temperature and pressure. Wifi signal sometimes not strong Be aware - that returning back to the hotel in the Yandex, the pin can be incorrect on the default. Pick up is fine.

The hotel's breakfast was absolutely delicious, and they offered a variety of options every day to keep things interesting. Our room was immaculately clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We were truly impressed by the level of helpfulness exhibited by everyone at the hotel. The hotel rooms match the pictures on the website!

Although the hotel's amenities were impressive, the location was not ideal for exploring tourist destinations. We found it necessary to rely on taxis to access the city center, but due to the hotel's location, it was challenging to find convenient parking and get in and out of the taxi.

Hotel Orbeli was perfect for our first stay in Armenia. Especially the staff was really nice and helpful when we asked for anything (calling a taxi, food recommendations, parking spot...). The rooms are spacious and clean, you got everything you need for your stay there. Breakfast was solid, also good options for vegetarians and vegans. Metro station and a few supermarkets are nearby, but if you want to explore the city by foot: keep in mind that it's a good 20 minute walk to the center from there. We rented a car for 2 days and had no problem finding a parking spot on the street in front of the hotel in the evening everyday. Overall a lovely place in Yerevan with great views of Mount Ararat :-)

There were lots of advantages: hotel location, room size, kitchen appliances presence in the room, comfortable bed, and quality breakfasts.

The room floor didn't wash during my accommodation. There were also problems in the bathroom (the shower head leaked, and the door of the shower cabin wasn't hermetic enough)

It's a very nice hotel with the sweetest staff and a gorgeous view of Ararat from the window. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable and has everything needed for a stay.

It would be great to have vegan options for breakfast. I understand that Armenian cuisine traditionally doesn't include many vegan choices, but offering something like oatmeal made with water would be a simple but nice addition.

The hotel is very new and tidy. We had a room from where we could see Mount Ararat (usually obscured by clouds or haze). It even had a small balcony. The rooms are big and spacious and equipped with a small sink, fridge and electric kettle. Breakfast was also tasty and diverse (they have the Italian coffee machine DeLonghi) but cheese and fresh fruit selection is quite poor.

We experienced a problem with the safe. The provided instruction was intended for another safe. Therefore we couldn't use it properly. Also, the TV Set was quite difficult to handle - you have 2 remote controls, you need to choose the particular source - we experimentally found it. Maybe there's a how-to-use instruction but we couldn't find any information on that. Still, I need to admit that the variety of TV channels is impressive. Also, the taxi service from the airport provided by the hotel is unreasonably expensive. It's better to use taxi aggregators. A little bit too noisy outside. The hotel is located on a very big avenue - so at night much traffic noise can be heard.

Location is near to public transportation. Interior was neat, cozy and staff were nice.

Material of bedsheet were absorbing hair and in 4nights of stay room cleaning didn’t change the sheets. Breakfast was good but can be improved and be more variable, it was almost the same every month (basic Armenian breakfast).

Comfortable rooms and beds. Cleanliness of the rooms. Friendly staff. Properly working AC. Bottled water every day + Kettle and tea provided in the room. The room was looking over the Ararat mountain (not the street) so it was quiet enough to sleep.

Breakfast was 5/10: could be improved by adding such basics to the menu as scrambled eggs and/or fried eggs (every day), better coffee, and porridge.
