Close to a fairly quiet area near the sea with lots of restaurants (pork dishes, etc, and beer). Also close to the center. Event though it is a big, impersonal hotel, at breakfast I managed to have a two-shot expresso made especially for me and they even came to offer me a second one! Thas was a first!

You have to cross a busy road to reach the sea and the neighborhood with lots of restaurants.

Great location across from big shopping malls but crossing the street was not easy. Clean room although a bit on a smaller side. Nice restaurant downstairs for bfast and dinner. Friendly staff.

Room service was very good, fast and the food delicious, same thing for the breakfast quite wide selction and very tasty food, and the staff very helpful

The rooms facing west are getting very hot in the afternoon and it took a few hours to cool the room down with the aircon. Maybe the hotel should consider to close completely the window curtains, so the room will get less hot

Very clean, AC was icy cold and the bed comfortable. Right across from a mall, close to everything in downtown Manado. Staff very friendly. Easy check-in. Safe for valuables. Good view.

As expected for budget hotel

Bathroom is adequate but a bit too small, tried soto tangkar but it was a bit too spicy for my liking (could be influenced of manado style of food: rica)

At city centre, near shopping mall, easily to find food. Staff very friendly and helpful and able to accommodate our request to have all rooms on one floor.

The breakfast and the food in general is great, better than expected in a Ibis Hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the beds are very comfy

The breakfast is ok, it is worth the price. In the room is quite and no noise from outside, so we can rest in peace. Thats very important thing after having a tough day. thank you

In the egg stall the staff is not always ready there, so at the beginning I was not sure whether I can order omelette or not.
