The beds are good. Clean room. Well cooked food in the inhouse restaurant and a very service minded waiter. Well assorted breakfast buffet.

We asked specifically for a quiet room, and we got a room on the 4th floor with heavy traffic outside, and a lot of noise from slamming doors from other rooms, and we could clearly hear noise from the neighboring rooms (virtual meetings, television, loud conversations). The aircon couldn’t be turned on, so the room was unpleasantly warm. When my husband took a shower the whole floor of the bathroom was flooded. Public parking is available at a lesser price than the hotel’s own parking arrangement.

- parking garage has no direct connection with the hotel and it’s quite expensive for the given conditions, too! (16 euros per night) - I arrived quite late, so the night shift has started with only one receptionist, and there were quite a few late check-ins, and tired as I was, had to wait almost 15 min in the lobby for the receptionist to fix an issue with a key card and to handle the check-ins in front of me, which also had to wait quite a while - +1 person at the receptions would solve the problem.

This is a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal. The staff were so professional and helpful and very aware of the importance of dietary requirements.  The food was absolutely delicious and served generously. The choice of the decor is modern and the ambience delightful. Secure parking available . The location of the hotel is superb as it is only a short walking distance to the city centre. We really look forward to another stay in this hotel.

Comfy beds, very clean.

We arrived very late in the evening, and the receptionist was very attentive and welcomed us, confirmed us the parking was already included with no additionally fee. In the morning at check out the woman at reception had such a bad attitude and charged us for the parking, when we explained we had confirmation yesterday of it being included.

very clean rooms, friendly staff, good wifi connection. underground parking 1 min from hotel entrance, not connected within building (walking on ramp access for cars) If you have a companion, better unload heavy suitcases before entering car park :) Don't miss to visit La Seu Vella and the Roda Roda vintage car collection.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and the location is perfect for a day in the city. Would probably consider staying again.

I completed the check in prior to arriving and was able to choose the room I wanted (2 beds) but when I arrived I was told I got given an upgrade but it was one large bed. Looking at the floor plan all rooms are almost identical in size. Would have like for the hotel to respect my choice and not lure me into thinking I got an upgrade.

This is a no frills comfortable city hotel. The needs of travelers have been taken note of. Breakfast is early and plentiful. There is a restaurant in the evening in case someone is disinclined to go in search of one elsewhere. Two chairs (a rarity) are provided in a double room. The staff at the reception desk are marvelously helpful.

The room was extremely clean but the bathroom just looked run down. Nothing could be done with it. It was showing its age.

The room was clean, fresh, comfortable... Everything was very comfortable and was up to great standards. Really happy with both the room, the breakfast buffet, and the staff.

The only downside we encountered during our stay was that the restaurant was closed. They offered an easy solution -you could order Telepizza through the hotel's reception-, but it would have been great to see the restaurant open and available.

I can't play with my Visa debit card. I couldn't use guarantee money to pay for the stay so, I paid full amount of money. I had to pay cash, and the stuff couldn't provide me information on how long it would taken for the hotel to refund the guarantee money and if I would receive a it at all.

Friendly welcome, free upgrade to a lovely superior room including bathrobes and slippers. Excellent breakfast buffet, with a varied assortment of gluten free items for me, and lots of healthy options.

A lounge/ bar would have been nice late in the evening.
