The hotel is excellent and at a very good location. The bed is comfy.The 2 bedroom appartment is huge. If a quick change in wallpaper done it will be great, it dint come to pin me but it seemed they were deliberately torn by the guests. There is one major drawback which need to to looked at immediately was with the flow of water in the shower area, it was very bad and they water was just dripping, twice had called the staff, they came and checked, but it seemed it needs a bigger team to get hat rectified.

Everything other than the water pressure in the shower

It is very very very old, but comfortable and clean (where ever important, like the beds, kitchen and bathrooms). The staff could be more welcoming considering the hotel being due to renovation probably 10 years ago - I asked for a simple breakfast setup, and had to ask twice. Again, it could be a language barrier - overall, I would stay here again, as it feels like I took my grandmother’s old house for the weekend. Located in the prime, amazing corniche street with walking distance to coffee shops and Tamimi.

Old, worn out and somewhat creepy - it’s quite scary at night (with the busy street sounds), it does have some rustic charm but the staff should aim to compensate the lack of the amenities/comfort.

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request or question. They upgraded our suite to a spacious 2-bedroom suite at no extra cost.

However, some of the furniture in the room appeared a bit outdated and could benefit from a refresh to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Despite this, the overall experience was still very positive.

Spacious room, super location, parking is available, staff cooperate if you demand. We were 5 and only 2 water bottles, more were given but after a long argument. Furniture and other decoration in room is very nice. Enjoyed family trip.

I believe breakfast should be included in the price. The restaurant was empty when I visited to check the buffet so it is good to offer default breakfast in the price they are quoting for rooms. Lobby, corridors and other common areas needs to be improved. The room service was not there for the days I stayed.

Excellent location…beautiful Ajdan walk part of cornish is just 5 minutes walk away. Very spacious rooms (we booked Royal suite). Very helpful staff (Noor in particular). We were worried about any bad smell reading recent reviews but we didn’t face any such problems.

I guess slight refurbishment would easily make it a typical Whyndham standard hotel ( I have stayed in few in different Middle East countries).

Rating it high for me as we got upgraded to a suite size room with living room area, small kitchen, and 2 huge separate rooms. Staff was also accommodating specially the staff available that night on the reception and the night duty staff who followed up on us on our stay.

The staff and receptionists were very friendly. I would like to thank the manager and the lady at the front desk for being very helpful l. Also Mr. Ibrahim.

located in a walking distance from Khobar Cornish. near by Tamimi Hypermarket and so many dining outlets. I reserved a three bedroom Suite which was nice and spacious with sea view wide window.

- Old property with below average cleanness. - AC heater was not working. - suite furniture and cleanness has nothing close to be called royal suite as it named.

location, space and staff ... excellent for price suitable for family
