Thursday It was a (mid day manager there to help me. She wore glasses. Very helpful lady. She helped me with the tv remote & DID NOT have an attitude about it. I think the night crew should have chairs after 9pm that’s a lot on the crew being on their feet all day. Friday Another crew member let me borrow some sessors and she DID NOT have an attitude about it. I love a crew that love their job. The bar food is good and fresh. I also grab some snacks that total $13 include a sandwich, chips,Gatorade. Pool is good and the gym is good too Thanks guys Poody

The staff was very polite and helpful. We stayed there for my grandson surgery the following day. They made sure that he was very comfortable. When they changed his surgery time they made it possible to check out a little bit later. And was nice that our car was ready on time for departure with the valet parking.

Wish the dinning menu had a little more to choose from. And also should have been nice if the hours were more . So could have dinner early. But it worked out for us as we just changed some things around. The pool was nice but the chlorine was really strong. If they could have better signage on the street when to turn or what street side should have made it easier to get in there parking lot.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had lots of shampoo, conditioner, soap and even body lotion which is appreciated. The staff were very friendly and provided a great breakfast recommendation, even though there is a restaurant onsite. The decor and facilities overall were better than I expected from a Garden Inn.

A safe in the room would have been appreciated. One of our black-out drapes didn't quite work properly.

Staff helped us find our booking, even though it was not coming up in their system. They did not give up on us and they all were very friendly. Everything was very clean!

The breakfast should be continental, if not at least cheaper than it's current price. Paying that much each morning for rather simple breakfast options isn't worth it, and I'm likely to seek a better breakfast elsewhere for around the same price.

The shuttle to the hospital was excellent and the staff were so friendly and good at their jobs

I was using Google Maps and it does not tell you to stay to the left and take the local streets to get to the hotel so I ended up on 35W down to Lake Street and back up Chicago. I talked to several other guests that they said the first time they came there that happened as well. Maybe contact Google maps and ask them to update their directions

The location was great as we came to Minni for the football game. The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking was a bit much due to the football game and we were going to be charged $50.00 for the night and it was valet. We were to have breakfast in the morning included in our rom but because of our flight time and there opening time we weren't able to go. The staff member was very accommodating and instead of the breakfast that we couldn't make she gave us the parking included. So nice and much appreciated. The manager even helped me with the computer for my flights. So so helpful and very nice. Very much appreciated. The staff was great!!!!

I didn't appreciate the cost of the parking for the evening because of the football game. I think when you book a room and are staying the night you should not have to pay the outrageous amount for the parking. That was not appreciated. But the staff member helped us out and it was great. Well done. Thank you.

Location was great and had good view of what is available in the surrounding. We ate one breakfast there it was very good. It was a busy hotel and closer to arena.

The key issue had to be replaced, that would be something to resolve when it connect near electronic devices such as phone or laptop.

I loved that our dogs could stay with us. I loved the pool table and how close everything was. the valet parking was convenient when parking is hard as it is down there.

the pool area was way too hot to sit and watch my kids.. there could be some sort of vent. no continental breakfast. trips are expensive at it is.. nice to not have to pay breakfast when you are with your family to cut down some costs.

...beds were ok. Valet was super helpful morning of checkout when we asked to park another car after bringing it over from the public garage, as we left before the people staying with us. Decent walking distance to the stadium.

No parking. Had to park 6 blocks away in a public garage at $35 a night, no warning given until check in. At least put it on the website that it's limited and to plan accordingly. Closet was busted. Wet spots all over the carpet, socks got soaked so that was fun and not at all disgusting. Lighting wasn't great.

The hotel is well located though an 11 min walk from the Light Rail Transit Government Plaza station. Room was decently sized, facility was clean and staff were friendly and efficient. Slightly higher priced but was best rate versus comparable hotels. Also rate was due to time of time year as students were starting University. Definitely a thumbs up.

There was only a thing covering on bed for blankets and while additional ones were provided this was not a full duvet. Not sure if in full winter it is different.
