The room is spacious and great. The bed, pillows and sheets are confortable and clean. It has work desk, sockets near the bed and air conditioning / heating. The internet is fast and have good signal. The bathroom has shower with bathtub and curtain, hot water, towels and toiletries.

The breakfast was not the same as advertised on the website (complementary instead of full / hot breakfast). And I received conflicting information about payment methods which led me to pay extra fees on my credit card in my country.

The woman at the front desk is always so friendly and welcoming! We've stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good, quiet hotel in the area!

Honestly, we never really have any complaints here! Any problems we've ever had have been minor and were always either too minor to be a concern, or they were taken care of quickly and happily by staff.

Enjoyed the location, bed, and privacy/quietness of the hotel. The staff was nice and did not bother us. The housekeeper did not come in during our 3-night stay (we preferred that because we kept a dnd on our doorknob) but the room was exceedingly clean upon arrival. Also enjoyed the one-time $50 deposit held for pets or smoking because it was simple and returned to us at checkout.

No vending machines sucked in late or early hours. The pool being down (what seemed to be permanent) was something I also wish I would have known. We had a bottom floor room and it looked like the windows used to be glass doors out to the pool that no longer is open. The hotel was nice but low budget, as expected.

We've stayed at this hotel 4 times now when my daughter has had dance competitions. We keep coming back because the facilities are clean, quiet and comfortable! We've also had the pleasure of interacting with your front desk supervisor, Brianna S. She is always so friendly, accommodating and helpful! You couldn't ask for a better person to greet your quests and give a wonderful first impression. Thank you!

Everything was great!

My husband & I stay here every time we visit Pittsburgh. The staff are always friendly and the hotel/rooms are always very clean. I have never had a single issue staying here and would recommend to anyone visiting the area. I actually love that it’s on the outskirts of the city, but still very close to shopping and dining areas.

No complaints!

Breakfast was okay. Staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.

Sink was stick and dirty. We had no hot water and cold water just trickled out. Window needed cleaned had stick fingerprints all over it. Actually looked like all the windows need a good cleaning! Wished there was a liist of TV Channels and a microwave.

The staff were VERY nice and friendly. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and a good TV. I was led to believe there wasn't breakfast, but was pleasantly surprised to find there were a number of items like bagels, cereal, and OJ. Bonus!

Some people would say it's a bit outdated, but I have no problem with that. Our room was about far from the elevators, a problem only because I'm in my seventies. So I learned from this to request a room closer to the elevator. That is the only criticism I have, everything was great.

It was clean and comfortable

Plug in bathroom was overheating. 2 bed lights didn't work. The road the hotel is on Is in very bad shape. The lobby bathroom was freezing and halls were very hot. Also no cold water for bathroom sink. Plus ice machine was out of order

The motel is very quiet being in an industrial office area. Although remote from restaurants, it is quite close to the airport. The room was well furnished and the WiFi worked.

Breakfast was Spartan, very basic. No fruit and no hot entrees. I have no idea where one would have to go for dinner if you arrived hungry. And althought we booked it because of it's proximity to the airport, it does not offer a shuttle bus to the airport.

Very friendly people and very helpful

The pool was outdoor only, so it wasn't open. Also the restaurant inside the hotel wasn't open, which was a bummer. Also I had 2 queen beds or full beds,I can't remember which....I only had 2 towels, most 2 bedroom hotels give 4 towels. It was my 2 kids and me, so 2 towels wasn't enough, I had to go up to the desk and ask for more. Also wasn't enough soap,shampoo or conditioner, had to go to the desk and ask for more. No refrigerator, which also was a bummer.
