This hotel has the best location in Toronto. Just minutes walk from Union Station, CN Tower and anywhere in Downtown Toronto it is the perfect place to stay. The hotel gives a 5 star experience throughout with an amazing feeling from check in to check out. The rooms are spacious, and full of every amenity you could need from fridges, to comfy beds and beautiful grand bathrooms. The shower and bath were truly excellent. We loved the brilliant touches like the evening turn down service and it was exceptional how good the attention to detail was. The spa was lovely and perfect to relax after a busy day in Toronto. I’ve travelled across 4 continents and could honestly say one of my favourite city hotels.
The internal decor wasn’t quite to our taste but that is a very personal thing. Overall still a fantastic hotel

We stayed on the lub loo and ate in the private dinign room every day. The service was extraoridary with the servers remember my drink and how I liked it prepared. Also the bell staff as we were about to order a taxi to go to dinner sugested we take the hotel car - a porche SUV - instead free of charge! We also took the hotel SUV to the airport for a great price. Servie was above and beyond!! and the besds were the most comy I have every know with a coplete black out room and zero noice! Thank you! I would reccomend 100%!

The hotel is very luxurious. It was quiet and very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The entire hotel smells wonderful, like a spa. The pool was very nice, too. Every staff person we engaged with was incredibly polite, eager to help, and friendly.
I wish the toilet room in the bathroom had a vent in it. It would also be nice to be able to switch back and forth from the overhead shower head to the handheld shower head, but once you switch it cannot be switched back without turning off the shower.

Excellent service in general, however truly exceptional service and quality experience at Epoch - the manager Yaroslav is amazing alongside his team at the bar, Jon and Ozzy. They really went above and beyond to make special experiences happen and I will come back to this property expecially because of them. Truly WOW! And truly oustanding gentlemen.

Beautiful property. Loved the restaurants and cafe in the hotel as well. My room looked beautiful. Very clean and relaxing and the view from the 15th floor was really nice. Hotel staff were very helpful as well.
The property was great but the area it’s located in financial district is a ghost town on the weekend. Good thing there are restaurants and bars two to three blocks away

It’s a super hotel with a good gym and pool. Our room was fantastic with a lovely lounge area, desk and very spacious bathroom . The bed linen , towels and gowns were very luxurious .
We were not a fan of where it is. It’s far from lots of the great areas to visit . It’s in the business area.

The ladies and concierge on in the club level lounge were PHENOMENAL!!!! They were truly were exceptional. The bed was comfortable and my room was very nice.
The ice machine on the floor was out of order which was highly inconvenient. the black out drapes while velcroed to the wall still let the sunshine in that landed right in my face in the mornings.

We loved our stay, from the moment we arrived with warm greetings from the hotel manager. We felt like family 🥰front desk was awesome Ms Roy thank you for making our son feel so special, he loved the chocolate chip cookies 🥰 we are definitely going back soon❤️
