We had a wonderful 6-night stay at the Hilton while attending a tattoo convention next door. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless, and the staff, both day and night, were consistently warm and welcoming. We were delighted to be upgraded to a larger room, and the evening team would offer us fresh cookies when we came back for the night! Our room was cleaned daily, with coffee and tea restocked too. They also have really nice shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc - we’ve stayed at some 5 star hotels recently that don’t even provide those! One standout moment was when we came back late one evening needing dinner after the kitchen had closed. One of the chefs who was still around kindly prepared us a sushi platter to take up to our room - it turned out to be the best sushi I’ve had on this side of the globe! The location is excellent as well. A free ferry takes you to Amsterdam Central Station in just 10–15 minutes, and there are supermarkets and cafés nearby. We highly recommend visiting the graffiti museum just around the corner. The hotel also offers bikes for hire, which is a great way to explore the city. And if you’re looking for a good breakfast or coffee spot, Bagels & Beans (also just around the corner) serves delicious bagels and fantastic coffee!

We have stayed here before so knew of the high standard of this hotel, the rooms are clean and tidy, a good size for Amsterdam hotels (which are typically small), in a handy location with a ferry port right outside, which allowed an easy 15 minute ferry to central station.

The only con I could note is that we could hear the next door neighbours, granted they were fairly loud, but may have expected the rooms to be slightly more sound-proofed. Very minor issue for us, though, as we spent most of our time out of the hotel

I emailed the hotel before i arrived to see if they could do something in the room as it was my partners birthday the day we arrived and they left us a bottle of prosecco in a cooler with 2 glasses, some chocolate and a birthday card... Thank yyou so much. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms was perfect. The Staff ever so helpful . Definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Location perfect and easy to get too.

I guess the only downfall on our stay was the amount of milk we had for our coffee and tea. First night we had none, but to be fair the receptionist went and fetched us some fresh milk from the kitchen when we went down and asked - so problem solved, it might have been they were just short of the milk pods.

The stay was good. The rooms were small but clean, and the reception team was very helpful. The cookies they offered were delicious! The property is in a good location, but if you’re arriving by train, it can be a bit difficult as you need to take a ferry to the other side. The main issue is that the ferry operates only until 11:30 PM, so traveling after that becomes inconvenient.

Have stayed here twice now and each time the staff have been completely lovely, the rooms are clean, well appointed and comfortable with some great views over the river. The free ferry from Centraal to NDSM makes this the smart choice for somewhere to stay in Amsterdam. The area is developing all the time and there are more and more businesses popping up. Great cafe across the road as well as an Albert Heijn and several restaurants and bars

The only thing I could think of to improve would be to add to the gym - a concept 2 rower would be great

The staff was wonderful and very helpful in offering transportation tips and city recommendations. The room was beautiful and bright with large windows and a modern sleek feel. The breakfast was very delicious and the restaurant was a nice cozy place to eat with great staff.

The location was a bit far from everything touristy which was good and bad. The center of the city can be a bit crazy, especially at the start of the weekend but for my first time in Amsterdam, I wish I was a bit closer to all of the sites. The wifi was slow the whole time I was there.

Could not have picked a better hotel. Even though it's peak season we were offered an early check in and a room upgrade with a view of the IJ and the city. The location was perfect for a 2 night stay. A convenient ferry ride to Central Station. If you plan your day accordingly, it's a great base for exploring Amsterdam. Loved this up and coming part of town, especially on a hot summer evening with people flocking to the hip bars and restaurants near the waterfront. Perfect place to take in a stunning sunset. Rented bikes on the last day for a trip through the countryside to the Zaansche Schans. Convenient since the bikes are available at the hotel. And parking for a decent price in a private lot, just adjacent to the hotel with easy access to the highway so you avoid city traffic. Plus, great value. Comfortable, nice size room with coffee maker....I traveled with my teenage daughter and we both loved it.

Nothing really. Tiniest of recommendation would be to offer bike bags for the bikes. It would have been super practical to have. But then again, this is hardly something we didn't like, just a suggestion.

The staff definitely is the biggest assest of this hotel: courteous, polite, enthousiastic, always willing to help, knowlegable and very welcoming (we loved the warm choco chip cookie). Highly recommend the location across the river. We liked the short ferry ride from Amsterdam CS after a day packed with experiences downtown. The room was clean, the bathroom was huge and the breakfast buffet had a great spread (again the staff was absolutely lovely).

The rooms are not very spacious (it is Amsterdam) and the soundproofing isn't the best. But we had a great stay and we will be back.

I'm from Amsterdam myself and recently chose to stay at this location for a night. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic! Upon arrival, we received an incredibly warm welcome. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring a swift check-in process. We were even greeted with a freshly baked cookie—who can resist that? ;) We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which offered a beautiful view of the water (highly recommend opting for this if you can). The room was clean, tidy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The ferry stops right in front of the hotel, so you're at Central Station in no-time. Nearby, there's an Albert Heijn and plenty of cafes, making it convenient to grab anything you need. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amsterdam!

The staff was super friendly, and all "complaints" (only very small points) were handled immediately and professionally, without making excuses. The room was amazing, including the furniture, view and toilet/shower. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and was almost exactly as shown on the pictures.

The only, really small, thing was that the pancakes on the menu were not served as indicated, but that might already be corrected.
