Had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel. The room's design on the outer edge is very cool, and the room itself is filled with lots of likeable small things: a speaker, a complimentary minibar, a bag to use during your stay, some great-smelling Söder soap, .... I recommend giving the spa area a go, as well as the rooftop bar. And the location of the hotel was perfect. If I come back to Cologne, I'll stay there again.

Modern design, friendly and helpful staff, we were given a baby cot for our daughter, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and rich!

It was too warm in the room and the blankets were also too warm, and it was noisy if you open the window. We couldn't get a place at Neni restaurant for dinner, this was a bit disappointing.

The 25Hours Hotels are always fun, this one specifically. Already at the lounge there is a lot of fun corners to discover and the bedroom has a very cool design with open space concept. The best surprise: Hooks! There are hooks everywhere. It's like they heard my prayers! (Other hotels should take notes).

The design of the bedroom is very cool and fun, but the light concept could be improved as the the only shelves available to store your clothes are black and have no direct light. You might need your smartphone torch to find your items (but this is just a detail that could easily be improved).

Room was comfortable and clean. Windows opened so you could let fresh air in. Sufficient towels, plenty of bathroom products. We wanted tea before going to sleep. Reception advised their was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but he could arrange for us to have a kettle. Quite a number of workstations in the reception area...great to catch up on work while away. Nice little shop with tourist items for sale and some fresh fruit and water available in reception. Very welcome when arriving back from exploring the city.

When the staff brought up the kettle...they didn't bring up any cups for us to make the tea in...so a bit of a wasted trip for the staff member ..no cups in room = no tea for us..(We were too tired to bother asking for cups - there are none ). We went up to the 8th floor for coffee at 12:00hrs...bar didn't open until 12:30hrs so we went back down to the reception. No coffee there either (Nomad Bar was closed) so we had to leave the hotel to find a coffee shop. Our friend went up to the bar at 12:35hrs and wanted to sit on the balcony to get some fresh air while having coffee...he was told it was closed as there was a storm due..! It was a beautifully calm day...so no coffee for him either.!

This is one of my favourite hotels, I come back time and time again, and definitely my favourite 25Hours so far. It’s spacious, modern, quirky and unique. Every space is designed thoughtfully, and the large lobby has multiple areas to relax, do some work, or get a coffee.

On this occasion the mattress was very firm - personal preference I suppose. Hair conditioner in the shower would be much appreciated. We stayed on the 6th floor which is close to the rooftop bar (8th floor) and the noise of drunk people was a bit of an issue, so ask for a lower floor if you’re a light sleeper - never been an issue for me lower down.

The ambiance of the hotel is great as always but room design is problematic. at least the large room type. You can get tortured by the sound of water droppings. Shower cabin is separated from the room by glass and not covered from top, which looks fine. But if you want to have a shower at night you have to listen water dripping for many hours. It was ridiculous, so disturbing. And only solution offered from the reception was to change the room in the middle of the night. that is not really solution since it may occur in other room too. I highly recommend them to take this problem seriously.

The concept and design of the hotel are wonderful – very creative in both the lobby and common areas, as well as in the room itself. The toiletries provided are high quality. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the Wi-Fi speaker and the bag available for use – such a clever idea. The complimentary minibar with water, beer, chocolate, and ice tea was also a nice surprise, especially since it's rare to find hotels offering it for free these days. Congratulations!

There were no bathrobes available for the sauna at the reception, as mentioned in the brochure.

All over great experience, had a good time and a lovely stay. We booked without breakfast but when we decided to switch this for day two it was absolutely no problem. Suggest doing so as the breakfast is superb! The room has everything (and a little more) than you need - we loved all the small details, like f.e. the shopping bag you can take with you. Sadly we only stayed for one weekend and therefore had not the time to discover everything the lobby has to offer - there are many fun and nice things to do around there!

Would be a blast if the mini bar would be refilled every day :)

The room was spacious and perfect for our 5 day trip. The details in the room and around the hotel were unique and well maintained. Extra bonus was the sauna and rooftop bar and restaurant with views across the city.

On one of the days there was no power in the property. We weren’t told about this before our stay and we only found out through a sign in the lift at very short notice. Power was meant to be out from 9-3pm however, there was no power up until around 5pm which meant we were showering and getting ready in the dark. There was no attempt to apologise or acknowledge this disruption to our stay by the hotel.

Quirky and stylish design. Great location. Comfortable bed. Staff were great. Thanks to Tamara for helping me book a much needed haircut ( l found the House of O’Haira on line with good reviews and close by. Shout out to Jana who gave me the best haircut). Bar and restaurant excellent. A welcoming relaxed atmosphere.

The only drawback was that, at the time of our stay, there was lots of construction work going on around the hotel which makes for some noise. Other reviewers have noted the noise really bothered them. We were on the 7th floor in the middle of the hotel so missed a lot of the ongoing construction noise.
