The view from my room was so beautiful. There is a little spot across the street that has great service and the food was amazing. I absolutely loved the steam room, the Jacuzzi (indoor and outdoor), the pool everything. Room service was great and someone came in to make my bed everyday. Even though the staff didn't speak much English, everyone was so patient and they had whatsapp to help and google translate was helpful as well.

Only complaint I had was the battery to my room died and I had to keep going downstairs to have someone let me in. Also after showers the room did seem a little muggy.

Good location and the staff very kind

Lot’s of issues about breakfast. One day no ham and cheese. Always missing forks, knifes and plates. Lots of guests complaining. This is the only problem about this hotel.

Rooms with Ocean view. Very good breakfast bar.

The toilet seat was made with a cushion which absorbed urine and it smelled.

Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel staff were very attentive to our every needs. The bar was nice with an espresso machine so you didn't have to go find coffee. The restaurant had delicious food plus a free large buffet and 1 day we had a free buffet lunch. The restaurant staff was excellent, especially William. The last night we were there there was live Brazilian music. Our room had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs and we had an amazing view of the ocean where we could hear the waves crashing. The room was cleaned everyday. The bed was firm and this is important since I have a bad back. The beach was across the street and we had beach towels from the hotel to use. There's a pool and a large jacuzzi which we never used. There's even a children's play area by the lobby.

We had 2 days of rainy, windy weather and the howling of the winds was very loud so it was hard to sleep. I don't blame the hotel. Other then that any minor things were trivial.

Modern clean with a good size room The pool was clean and well maintained A couple more sun beds would have been good but always managed to get somewhere to sit But it’s right across the street from a beautiful beach with free deck chairs

The breakfast can be very busy after 8:30 But you can go 6:30 - 8:30 Or 8:30 -10:30. Which was busy but we took the 6:30 - 8:30 and never a problem

Needs a “face lift” Ligths in the lobby ladies restroom do not turn on automatically. WC door in room 515 doesn’t stay steady open. Sometimes bad odor in the toilet Do not like the system if wearing a wrist band to move around-different system should be identified. A lady hates to go out wearing such wrist band. Swimming pool in the shaddow most times

Amazing ocean view balconies in a well-run hotel. I appreciated the amenities like the gym and the proximity to nice beaches, a market and the heart of Barra (just a quick, inexpensive ride).

The food was wide in variety, though not super high quality (breakfast buffet).

The breakfast was excellent. One has many choices and the taste was also good. I like the orange juice most in comparasion with the other juices. The other meals were also good for us. Relaxed atmosphere.

We had some problems with the keys to enter the room and the lift.

The personnel was kind and helpful. We received a room upgrade free of charge. The view from the balcony was stunning. Both public areas and the room were clean and very well maintained. Decently equipped gym and open 24hs. Nice swimming pool area.

The breakfast could be more varied with better quality products.

The breakfast is amazing! Although it does get quiet busy in there. The room was clean and a good size, and we had a balcony overlooking the beach! We had amazing views of the sunset! The hotel had everything we needed, we were super happy with our stay. We also loved the area, Barra is a little less crowded, and felt alot safer than other parts.

Only think i can think of is that the gym is very small and it was very hot in there, aircon would have been good!
