Beautiful location. We stayed in a riverview 2 bed with pull out couch. Everything we needed was in the room - included a mini fridge, microwave, tv, table and chairs. The staff was friendly and efficient. I asked for more towels at the front desk -and they handed then to me which is what I preferred - instead of waiting for someone to bring them to my room. It was clean and comfortable. We loved our balcony looking through the trees to the river. Easy access to move throughout the resort.The college dance and mascot camp kept it lively and entertaining.

It would be nice to have more hooks in the shower and vanity area and better lighting for hair and makeup. There were plenty of lamps but it still seemed dim.

I enjoyed how helpful and professional the staff was. Our room was clean and had plenty of room for our family. The waterpark was so much fun. There is something for everyone. Slides, a water roller coaster, lazy river, activity areas, splash pad, an arcade, and more. The staff went out of their way to help find my son after he ran from his sister. Whenever we called guests services, they responded quickly with towels, cleaning the room, or just answering questions.when it was time to go, we left a phone in the room. It was recovered quickly for us. We had a wonderful time.

We had a loft room, which we loved. However, after sitting on the bed, I noticed that there were slash marks on the wall. Later, I noticed that on the edge of the wall coming into the room that there were more slash marks that went into metal at the edge of the wall. The kitchen was missing utensils that made it hard to cook. The table had 2 chairs, and my family could not sit together for meals. There was much more that made our stay enjoyable. The table and utensils were small problems that we worked around.

Water park

Room was out dated. Bed was hard. Room was not cleaned. Floor was dirty. Should I go on. Very disappointed.

It had a much calmer feeling than the other bigger resorts, which was great for my family to relax and enjoy our time together. We also appreciated the lines for different water slides and availability of seating near pools was a much less stressful than other resorts. The dining options were great, and all staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.

The mosquitoes in the evening did make it more challenging to enjoy the outdoor spaces at dusk, compared to other properties.

The indoor waterpark is adequately equipped. Lots of interior hotel corridors and a convenient lobby gift shop. Rooms were well kept and well appointed.

A fair amount of queuing going on. The front desk moved at well enough pace, though I'd have appreciated a self check-in option. There is only one coffee shop and it had queues most of the morning. I wish there was a shuttle service to town. We appeared to be one of the few families that didn't arrive by personal vehicle. The cab fare was $20 each way - half the cost of train tickets to the cities.

The view from the patio was very nice. The woman at check-in was very kind and humorous. Quiet and clean throughout the room. Bathroom and shower was clean and stocked. Hot tub was very spacious.

Overall there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Coming in we were confused and had gone to the condos area having to get back in and go to the hotel check-in. Other then that our group wasn’t able to play the golf course due to timing on our part but next time we will have to check it out!

Perfect for families that don't need "high end" but want a comfortable, safe, clean, and fun experience. It is an older facility and some stuff is dated or run down, but the kids didn't care and we didn't either. Great mix of stuff for all ages. It was the only aforable way to get to go on a mini winter waterpark getaway. Staff was friendly, never had to wait for service.

Bigger towels would be nice in pool area.

It was not crowded kids were able to go on the slides without lines.Villa was perfect plenty of room for us and 4 grandkids.Staff was polite and friendly.Will return next year.

I was charged a $40.00 Resort fee when I checked in which was unexpected.When booking on Booking.com I was charged $67.32 for the Resort fee. I did not like the unexpected charge,hotel said I need to bring it up with 3rd party. The only other complaint would be the 2nd day at the outside pools the music playing was inappropriate for children with cursing and derogitive terms. After a half an hour we could not do anymore and went inside.After 2 hours went back outside and the music was okay for the rest of our stay. You can not bring any drinks or food into park area, drinks are pricey at the park.

We had a great time. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Beds were comfortable. Food in the breakfast buffet was good. Water park was lots of fun.

Like all of these water park hotels, it was a bit dirty and very loud (requests a top floor room if you can so you’re not up all night listening to people running above you) and a bit over priced for the extras you buy.

We stayed here in the off-season (tale end of April). We had a very quiet stay. The location of our room to the indoor water park was excellent! It was an underground corridor, with an easy walk on a gentle slope and incline. We were also very close to the on site restaurant for the breakfast buffet and Starbucks. The room was very spacious and overlooked the river. Had it not been 30 degrees at night during our stay, and if I would have thought to bring a warmer bath robe, would have liked to enjoy the outdoor whirlpool that was the size of a typical outdoor pool at a roadside hotel. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and amazingly helpful. I

The queen size beds were way to firm for my liking. The bathroom door latch also did not latch and I forgot to tell the front desk at checkout because we're we so happy with our stay and talking about how we're already planning our next stay :-D
