The Cottage we were provided, 515, was exactly what we needed! As older ladies who were here to golf we definitely were pleased with the cottage. It was even on one of the holes of the golf course. We have played at Christmas Mt. for close to 30 years every year this week or the following week and this year due to the more humid weather we did get in 18 holes on Friday and even 9 holes playing the Pines on Saturday. The golf course was in excellent shape and you continue to improve it. We do plan on returning again next year and would love to be promised the exact same cottage, 515 if that would be possible. I'll have to make arrangements sooner and note that on our requests! It had been updated and the furniture was extremely comfortable, and beds were too. Thanks to that owner for the care it had been given and I believe we left it in mint condition. Look forward to staying at Christmas Mountain next year and can only hope to have the same cottage! We felt that the food in Mulligans was not up to its very good quality and tastes. The fish was not as good as it had been, we had broiled, and the burger was overdone, and it was not Mayonnaise that was provided but some cheap salad dressing. There are many discounts given with the bracelet but have to say that it would be nice to get a bit of a discount on golf when we stay.

The area, the fact of it being isolated, but yet close to everything. The feeling of calmness and family oriented not that everyday busy feeling. All the amenities you needed right at hand. They put their heart into this resort and it shows. I give high stars to the person or people behind this idea they made a reality as well as to the staff that manually take the time to make sure everything is great. Thanks for suggesting this resort, otherwise I’d never known of it and had a fantastic weekend experience.

We enjoyed ourselves, I didn't appreciate how the young lady that checked us in handled the check in. She entered my card # for payment incorrect, and in front of the whole lobby, load as she can be " it seemed". She blurted out " YOUR CARD DECLINED" for everyone to hear. And that wasn't even the situation, it was an error on her end. So if we come back for another stay. I pray that she doesn't handle us

I mixed up the question section. So my what did you like is in this box. And what I didn't like is in the WHAT DID YOU LIKE BOX. But outside of the unprofessional customer service at check in. Our stay at the unit was very nice ...

Great for family gathering. Lots of green space with outdoor activities!!

Just a few disappointments. The large hot tub outside the indoor pool wasn’t working. The indoor, large slide wasn’t working and 4 paddle posts weren’t operational. Seems like everyplace you go in the Dells have this issue. Short staffed and none operational equipment.

Been going to Christmas Mountain for a good 20 years. I was extremely happy they resurfaced the pool and hot tub. A lot of time, places let things go. So, great job on maintenance, for an amenity that most people use when they visit. Bryan Larson Wild Pines Coffee, Redgranite

It was very clean and nicely equipped. The outdoor hot tub was very nice.

The cottage was a little snug for 5 people. We would go for a bigger place next time. They needed more salt on the roads within the property.

The villa we had was beautiful. The smoke alarm was beeping like it needed a new battery. I called and they fixed it right away.

I don’t like the time share talk pressure. I think if you say no once they should back off.

Loved our trip back to Wisconsin. First time in 5 years. Lot of memories.

We should have rented a place with two bathrooms...our fault

Cottages were comfortable and inviting. The outdoor hot tub was a nice addition.

There was only one mirror in our cottage. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms as well.

This is now our favorite place to stay in WI Dells. Beautiful property. Good restaurant onsite. Excellent hospitality. 2 bedroom cottage was perfect for our family of 4.
