The room was large with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. Staff was super friendly and accommodating when we needed something printed. The location was fantastic. Less than a ten minute walk to Pike Place Market, and easy access to bus stops nearby to get around. Tons of restaurants and the Museum of Illusions right around the corner, too!

The rooms don't have microwaves, which would have been nice. If you request one at the front desk, they can bring one up to your room, but when we asked for one the person who had access to the microwaves wasn't there. Luckily the staff was kind enough to warm our leftover pizza up for us in the lobby.

I liked that the location was easy walking distance to the convention center, Amtrak station, and Pikes Place Market. I liked my room, bedding, pillows, and room amenities.

Wish I could have turned the air conditioner down a bit more, but it was still pleasant enough. The tunnel that leads to the Convention Center/ Union Square needs more signs to help navigate/provide directions. I got lost a few times, but still appreciated it being available. Lastly, I did not upgrade to the executive level rooms for free breakfast or ate at the restaurant because of the lack of vegan options. But there were plenty of food options around the area so it wasn’t a problem.

The staff were universally friendly and helpful. They seemed to really want to be sure they had accommodated my needs as a scent sensitive person, and they did an excellent job with that. The decor was exactly the kind of minimal, a kind of Japanese modern, thot felt soothing and cozy in its simplicity as opposed to sterile like some minimalist designs. They had real 1/2&1/2 for coffee, effective black out blinds, a very comfy bed and pillows.

The street entrance, from the garage, felt like you were coming into a nice hotel through the basement. The restaurant and lounge area was cozy, but had no windows, so it felt a bit cave like. Still, the beautiful view from my 29th floor room more than made up for it.

Loved the view from our room. We were on the 25th floor. Room service was great and the food was pretty good. First hotel where the lobby is not on the ground floor. So that was a lil confusing. Lol like having the parking lot connected. However that was expensive.

The only thing I could complain about is the interaction with the male employee who checked us in. He spoke so so quietly, so I had to ask him to repeat himself. After the 3rd time saying I'm sorry what was that? He started talking to me in a very slow fashion like I was dumb. I said I'm not stupid, I just can't hear you. Speak up a lil please. Which he did for 3 words and then right back to being very soft spoken. Other than that our stay was pretty good.

Staff was amazing. The room was very nice. The restaurant was adequate...albeit not fantastic...but with so many great eateries nearby I wouldn't expect this to be a feature amenity.

The elevator key code was absolutely horrible. We, and many others, had a very difficult time getting the card to activate the floor selector buttons. We also didn't care for the blinking light on the smoke detector. It was very annoying in a dark room. You should consider providing sleep masks.

The building had personality, the rooms were nice and cozy, the restaurant was good quality and excellent value. One of the best steaks I've had in a long time. The best part was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. They even helped us track down a poorly delivered food order.

The a/c didn't go very low and the fan was almost non-existent, so the air was more still than my preference.

Clean room, friendly staff. I had my Amazon order shipped there. Great breakfast!

Parking. We parked in the parking lot and had to pay $36 for less than a 12 hr stay. The woman told us to enter our room number to get out without paying. We actually needed to get validation. When I asked at the booth was politely told I had to pay it. He knew nothing about it.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We were there for Emerald City Comic Con. We are locals but decided to stay downtown to avoid having to commute in and park. We loved the location and how awesome everyone was here at this hotel. We were upgraded and as the customer of the day, and enjoyed the executive lounge. I will stay here again next time for sure.

Great to have darkening window shades, lots of places to charge devices, and very nice bedding. Breakfast was excellent. Room service was fast. Staff very professional. All in all, good value.

We are environmentally conscious and like to see bathroom signs saying that only towels on the floor will be laundered. Also, a dim light option in the bathroom would be appreciated at night.

Jimmy greeted us at the door and helped us with our luggage to the lobby where we met the amazing Alexis! She was fantastic at handling everything going on in the lobby! She juggles a lot all at once with a smile! This hotel is in a great location to get to Pikes Marketplace in about a 15-20 min walk.

We honestly didn't have anything we didn't like. We loved having windows we could open so we could hear the sounds of the city
