Super-friendly staff. Jackie assured me that if we needed ANYTHING while staying there, to be sure to call or come by the front desk and she'd do her best to meet those needs. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were - true to Days Inn standards - very comfy! Being a coastal motel, our expectations were not high - most places are not very clean and/or comfortable.

We had some noisy neighbors (tv blaring), but they always turned it down at bedtime so it wasn't a major bother and didn't necessitate complaining to the front desk.

The location was important to my family for this visit. We've stayed in several hotels, but here, the staff was pretty cool and talkative. They wanted to make sure we had a good time. The property, breakfast area, and rooms were clean, were at a cool temperature, very colorful, and so welcoming with the blue bed Hello Sunshine add-on. The bathrooms/showers were very nice and modern. I had sent the staff a message on booking about a request and they had honored it and it was ready for us. After a long afternoon at the beach with 2 tired toddlers, we looked forward to checking in. The DAYS INN staff even made my morning plans to the Rockport market so much easier and not rushed on our checkout time. We enjoyed the nice walk to the grounds. I was so happy that we had a GREAT TIME. I would so stay here again and that will be real soon. We didn't have time for the pool to give insight on that experience.

Because the business are side by side, Parking was facing the road and not in front of the room. But we could see our vehicle from the window. We could hear the people/cars from the Holiday Inn next door. It's not a deal breaker

Everything was good except I needed downstairs room cleaned hichbthe girl on phone said ok and they couldn’t accommodate me.

Only thing I was unhappy about was I requested a down stairs due to foot surgery I had a month and a half prior and the lady said ok and when I checked in the man said there was no bottom rooms available and I told him that I specifically said I needed down stairs he just said sorry there’s none so communication is bad.

The price and location was great. First time to stay in Rockport. Loved the variety of restaurants near by. Even visited the HEB to check out the store. The hotel was easy to locate and parking was in front of the room. Enjoyed the view outside of the water front.

Staff unavailable for check out. Knocked on manager door, called front desk, and rang door bell. Saturday the lobby was locked and know one was their for the breakfast area between 8:00 am and 9:00 am.

Staff was very helpful. I booked a room for my daughter and front desk was very accommodating in my absence. I didn't get the lady's name that I spoke with by phone the morning of the reservation but she was super helpful and assured me my daughter would be fine once she checked in. My daughter was traveling from 9 hours away. Room was ready for her as soon as she got there.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff were friendly and they had a room available when we arrived. The room was clean when we arrived. The king-size bed was comfortable with clean sheets.The hotel was close to the beach which we liked. We would stay here again. Thanks for your nice hospitality.

It was clean comfortable and pretty quiet. The hotel was close to the beach and town, walking distance to food and drink. Breakfast had ample choices, staff was very attentive to cleanliness overall a pleasant experience

Building was older but kept in pretty good condition. Nothing to complain about. We had a great stay.

Location was great. Across the street from the beach. Clean room, friendly staff in the morning. Nice continental breakfast.

Received a rude call from the front desk asking me when we were going to check in. I couldn’t find anything in their site saying it was a requirement to notify the hotel of when we would be arriving. I’ve not experienced that with a hotel- just Airbnbs. When I told the caller that we would check in after dinner, he hung up on me. Super weird. Other than that, everything was great.

I have been staying there for many years and way before it was Days Inn. Right across from beach and neigbouring a gas station for your last minutes needs. Hotel is clean not quite updated but good enough for a night sleep. For my point of view your going to Rockport for the beach not to enjoy staying inside a hotel room.

I enjoyed the breakfast, right amount of options available. Location was great! I had a slight inconvenient problem that occurred at midnight one night but the overnight attendant was quick to fix it!

Water pressure could have been better but I also have long thick hair.
