We liked how clean and fresh everything was. The front desk gal let us check in a little early, which was awesome since we came straight from the airport. The room was large which was nice for our family of 4.

The prices for the cafe in the lobby was crazy expensive. And really wished the pool was heated or there was a hot tub. We came at a time that the weather was up and down and that would have been nice. My kids ended up doing a polar plunge and didn't get to really enjoy it.

The employee who checked us in, and the manager of the bar were very accommodating. Helping us with check in(I forgot my wallet). And giving us directions to local restaurants and attractions. Also enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar along with the bar managers conversation.

Unfortunately there was a heavy storm at the morning and the hotel power has come down leaving us without internet. But it was a unexpected situation, not fault of the hotel or the staff.

Comfortable room. Cool. Nice lounge area. Close to nasa. A few cafes and eateries near by. Holly on night shift was spectacular.

The pool looked sad. Having only one person at reception at any time just puts too much pressure on the staff and does not always allow them to provide a good impression

Very clean rooms and entire facility, great staff, love that it’s next to a police station, we felt safe… wish they had a free breakfast but it was a great stay. Will stay again if we visit Houston. Will recommend to family and friends!

Location

No free breakfast and for 2 medium coffee, two breakfast burritos, avocado toast and 1 banana was almost $58 dollars. Our tub had a plugged up drain. My booking was for one price but charged 100 more once checking out. They did meet me in the middle for price difference, so I shall return.

Very clean, very nice room, nice area, nice location. I took my son to the Houston space center and it was great to go across the street basically. I will def stay there again! Fountain that looks like a splash pad out front. Out front there’s also a garden with NASA art and fountains. food close by you can walk to.

If I had to complain I would say the pool leaves a little to be desired, but it looked clean and well kept but just small compared to some other hotel pools I’ve seen… but I’m also from Florida so I could be wayyy off here. I wasn’t using the pool anyways so it didn’t affect me.

Exceptional in all aspects! Great rooms, comfy beds, super friendly staff, and wonderful continental breakfast in the morning.

All the staff were friendly and helpful considering a hurricane was happening. Very good location.

The television stopped working which was weather related?

Great lobby area. Clean and comfortable. Good pool and gym too.

Not much choice for food at the bar/restaurant.
